Hi Zombie - hope everything is on the up & up with you and no more locks playing silly buggers for you.

Been to hospital today to see ENT for me wibbly wobblies. Not the most fun I've had. Doc was lovely, but she was about 14

Two hearing tests (only slightly below normal range, thankfully)
Ear pressure test (not nice)
Series of balance tests
That one where they swing you down really fast over the end of the bed. The WORST bit. Left me very dizzy, horrendously nauseous.

They've now ruled out Ménière's and BPPV. So I'm being referred for an MRI (whenever I get sent for) and also got to go back to GP for new symptoms (severe pins & needles, cramps & twitching in arms and waist down).

Work are being very good. Continue working from home 4 hours a day (I can't travel well & wear out easily).

It is FRIDAY and I'm treating myself to a nice glass of wine and a gin ration - clinkissimo!!

Sounds like quite an ordeal Ikl, especially the swinging over the bed bit. I think I would hate that, just thinking about it is horrible, reminds me of when I was sea sick.
Hope they can sort you out soon.

I've just spoken with CatCamp. ZombieCats™ have been fine. Camp wasn't busy so they pretty much had the run of the whole place. Oh, and have eaten for England apparently.

Camp Counsellor is bringing them home tomorrow. I can't wait to see their little furry faces.

I know you are not on 'speakers' avec moi, but am delighted to hear that the ZombieCats are coming home.

Yay for Zcats - hope you've stocked up on (bribes) some treats. Mucho cuddles on the couch, I feel!

No they haven't really BBB. He has lost the plot completely. He was arrested on thurs night for smashing someone's car with a sign post. He told the police his dd,s were in the car and he had to rescue them ! Police phoned my dd,s house at 3 am to check the girls were actually ok. They said that they were getting mental health person in, but on fri afternoon he was out going round the shops again! I presume he has been charged but police would not disclose anything to dd.
Zombie I am so glad you are getting your cats back tomorrow, I'm sure you will be delighted to see each other again.

They've all had a good explore. Gemma has been in my lap. Maisie is purring. Tinkerbelle has just climbed onto my lap.

All is well.

Except that my main phone line is dead. (Second line is working fine.) Sky has confirmed it's an external fault and have set Openreach on the case.

Phone line has been repaired.

Glad you have your furry ones back Zombie. I'm sure it now feels properly like " home " they were very quick to mend the phone line.glad it's sorted.

I got x-rayed, drilled and packed with anti bs, I have more tablets and better pain killers.
It's still very sore but not quite as angry.

Evening ladies. Bloody horrible night out there. Tonight we'll be going up to bed early, watching Ant Man while eating pizza. DH & I will have a small glass of wine too. Well, it's a school night - and we have the first of the rugby club parties on Saturday to save my energy for.

Got my date for my MRI scan - 27 December at 10am. I'll have to be good on Boxing Day now!

Oh that's a bit rough Ikl it's a Sunday!
