He's 5 months. He's just figured out how to commando crawl.

I got a pretty good night's sleep but still ache. Temperature is thinking about being naughty and I'm generally YUCK. I need to go out for a couple of hours. If I'm no better when I get back I'll ring the emergency oncology number. Joy of joys; possible hospital admission the day before the junior doctors' strike.

That's a blow for you Zombie, but if you are ill, you know where you have to be to get well. Hopefully it won't come to that. Fingers crossed you can stay at home and they can give you something to take at home. Thinking of you.

My temperature (which is the only thing I'm concerned about) has stabilized well with normal limits. The aches and pains are no fun but they aren't potentially life threatening. I'm alternating between ibuprofen and paracetamol every 3 hours and will take a dose of morphine at bedtime. I started my normal 8 day course of Ciprofloxicin today so if there are any bugs planning a coup that should shoot them right down.

Ikl, your massage treat sounds wonderful. I have an experience day ( well 2 actually ) one us tea for two at a posh hotel. And the other is a falconry day. I'm sure these bloody big birds will break my arm when they land on it ! As for the posh tea day, I don't normally do posh at all. I may take my Dd. We will have to be careful we don't swear ! Everyone has been teasing us because they know the bad language that I am so often saying ! ( Dd is the same )
And another thing, I may be scared of these birds, I won't mind the owl because I think they are beautiful, it's the others I'm concerned about ! I have visions of being carted off by one of them as I am so tiny !!

Oh I bet you'll have a grand time Lin - pretend you're Boudicca or a warrior maiden or something. Some birds of prey are quite small - I'm sure they won't give you something you can't handle. So to speak.

Evening all.

Temperature is still normal. Aches are still aching. Nap was long and lovely.

I just want to go on record as NOT being the slightest bit jealous of ikl's Spa-ta. Not Zombie. Oh, no.

ZombieLad had an amazing surprise today. He got an email from his DD's mum saying she wants to bring DD for a visit in late March. He's not seen DD since she was about a year old (so 11 / 12 years ago). There's a lot to sort out before the visit but needless to say he's very, very excited. As am I. I've already told him he must take lots, Lots and LOTS of photos. His life is going so well right now and I may occasionally shed a few tears of sheer joy when I think of him. Oh, nearly forgot the bonus. His main Christmas present from his girlfriend was a key to her house. I don't think his mom sees much of him these days.

All in all I'm a very happy Zombie right now.

I think my ex dh is very ill. My Ds just had a call from his wife. I'm frightened to go and ask. I know he is quite ill in hospital, and we spoke on Christmas Day on FaceTime. We are still very friendly. It may be that my kids will go across to Ireland to see him. I'm going to go up and ask my Ds what going on. They are saying he has heart failure.

I am catsitting for somebody I met after I met her cat. He's gorgeous, as black as . His primary slave is currently between homes, so I've told her he has a home with me as long as I'm here, and she's welcome to see him whenevs.

It's not looking good BBB, think my kids are going to go over if there is no improvement. They will go Thursday or fri I think. Oh my god.
