Resolutions? Um. Need to move more. Got a Fitbit and going for 10,000 steps a day. Hoping to get in more exercise and shift some of the weight I've put on because of damned depression.

Hi DBF team. Hope you all had an enjoyable New Year's Eve and have now recovered ! Don't it all seem flat when it's all over. But won't it be lovely when the house is all back to rights. Mine won't be until Ds moves into his house. Which is coming along nicely now. I have stopped being a slattern today and am catching up with the bloody washing, but at the same time I have one of my Christmas discs blaring out. Mostly 60 s and 70,s which I love.

BBB I wasn't in the ravine. Sounds fun, but was on the thread when bengaltiger was posting. It was him who sent awful pm,s to me and two others saying he was committing suicide at that very minute and how he was doing it ! And we had stayed up hours sometimes talking to him. I think he was a troll. Ooh King of the road playing now, anyone remember that ?

DH cleaned the oven today (I DO love him!) & I had a clear out of some cupboards & then DIL rang for a nice long natter. Hasn't stopped raining all day, but nothing like as bad as the north.

I had a quiet NYE with the ZombieCats™ and a bottle of bubbly. I'm very jealous of ZombieLad. He and his girlfriend went on an all night ghost hunt. Apparently they had a couple of interesting encounters.

I've enjoyed the holidays but I'm looking forward to life getting back to normal. (Especially my crap TV shows.)

Now they sound like good resolutions Wolfie, we should all aim for those all the time.

My friend and I made a plan, just after we saw Love Me Tender, to chop up my mother's silver lamé dress to make swimsuits, and swim over to see Elvis.

Yes that's right Zombie ! It's strange record but I used to love that one too (thinks back with nostalgia to sixties times ) carefree days sleeping out all night on the beach with my friends, no worries then.
Zombie sounds like a lot of fun was had by zombielad. I have always thought I would like to see a ghost, but if I did I would probably faint with fright !

Isn't it funny BBB to think back to some ideas we have as kids. My dream was to grow up and have twins, I thought if you wanted them you just asked and you got them

I always wanted twins too. I thought it would be brilliant to dress them both in the same outfits.
I changed my mind when I had DS1!

All through my teens and twenties I thought it was grossly irresponsible to have any children
