all m&s stores are diff tho, i've never seen one of my dd's pics up here
casting was for blooming marvellous and i should know by tomorrow ..
also .. very excited dd1 has a job for tomorrow .. i got details today i'm very excited about that and will cart dd2 off to my parents in a bit so i can flap about!!

job is for a book
the m&s pic is in the main kids section and it's just a small pic of her with two pigtails and a pink hula hoop, with one leg up!

It's a really sweet picture.

I don't mind Thumbs!! Esecially when it is for your DD1! It seems to work when you spot someone elses child!! Bit like that film 'pay it foward'!! Were there any little babies at the BM casting today?

Just called Mothercare to see if they could email me the picture. Fingers crossed they will be able to do that!

hi everyone, congrats thumbs and ellesmum! and mrsratty it would seem!!! i'm going to oxford st tomorrow so will try to stop in m&s and mothercare and take pics. i will have proper camera with me as i'm going to debenhams to see if ds is on posters!

mrsratty i don't think that would be ds but i think there may have been a set of antlers there that another boy wore. he didn't wear anything christmasy just normal clothes.

yackerty i got the little brochures today thank you so much it still gives me shivers and i'm posting a couple off to canada straight away.

went to adams shoot today it was in the same place as the white co one! middle of nowhere, seriously. we were there about half an hour, just one outfit that another little boy wore too. but they really seemed to like ds he was on very good form and all smiles. it's for website and possibly windows in feb/mar so fingers crossed!

well done dylans glad he was on form. are you still doing the boots one aswell or was that just a provisional checking availability call? i cant remember

DLM > Glad you got them ok! They are even better real aren;t they!! Haven't seen any posters yet but will keep an eye out! Glad Adams went ok, What a long way to go for one outfit esecially when its freezing out but fingers crossed they use him. At least you knew where it was!!!! Have you heard anymore about Boots??

no i haven't heard about boots so it must be a no. can't say i'm too disappointed it's a lot of travel and although he was quite happy today he's been a lot more moody than usual so it's good for us to be closer to home i think. i really don't know how you guys that live a ways out come in all the time with a baby, especially for castings! i find it really stressful. yackerty which debenhams do you go to?

Would I be rude in asking if everyone would put which agency they are with and what clients they get jobs for as thinking about approaching a London based agency but don't know what clients they have and a lot of kids on here get M & S, Monsoon etc.
Hope this is OK

oh ellesmum i never could open the pic you sent me either, can you resend please?

i chatted to some adults who do extra work, ads, etc f/t and a couple said they'd worked with kids from Bowdens(?) Based up north, but don't know where exactly.

For m&s i've seen kids from KL, B&B, TS and MOT, and for monsoon KL and B&B altho i know they've used UA and MOT before. hth

yackerty, i probs can't log on later or tomorrow, so lots of luck with dd's boots job on Thursday
