julie, yes was going to call ts about money refund, they may say no, but they shouldnt as havent done anything yet! really unsure what to do esp after yackertys info that some do get turned down.

ellismummy- i haven't applied her for ua yet might consider it suppose it depends on teh refund or not with ts!

about the ua thing, back in feb when dd had her assesment, i think that most of the other mums that were on here and took their kids got a no, i can only think of 1 other child that was offered a contract, but my stupid pregnancy brain has probably forgotten, but there were def some that got a no.

I am so divided as what to do!
cant speak to anyone from ts until mon anyway so see what they say about refund first I guess.
Julie are you going to e-mail your dds pics?

ellismummy just a suggestion but couldn't you maybe fib to ts just a little and say that you need some more time to consider whether you're able to put them into modelling (i.e. because of dp or school) and ask them for a couple weeks to make up your mind and in that time you'll know if ua is a yes?

Ellismum....i feel terrible now as I don't want you to think that I have put a dampner on things,just wouldn't want you to end up with no agent! Definately agree with trying to fob off TS for a few more weeks........have UA confirmed a definate interview for november??

ellismummy - would definatly try to put ts off for a few weeks, just to be on the safe side with urban angels. if he gets in then great, but if he dosnt then you will still have ts turn turn back 2. im sure it will all work out 4 u what ever u choose to do. good luck

ellismum- was waiting to see what the cm shoot photos of my dd are like first then maybe will send them over. if they say yes may test the water with ts about a refund (not sure if its possible) let me know how you get on on monday

We would still have to go to ts photoshoot in oct for there model book as thats not optional and that costs £80 payable to photographer.

Its such a shame that ua consultaion is nov, they just said they would like to invite him in in nov but cannot give any more details at present.

julie4travel......Thanx a million! The Toys R Us Catalogue arrived this morning. DS is in it 3 times........not just the once that I expected. Two of the pics of him are the same ones from last year though. But the one of him in the Thomas the Tank Engine Apron is a bigger and better piccie than last year so great for his portfolio. Have sent you an e-mail too!

I found DD on the Next website here also if you search for karaoke you will find her too!

mrsratty.........Lovely pics of her....especially the Karaoke one,.......just a pity it doesn't enlarge on site. It's always so lovely to finally see them in print or on a website months after the shoot.

Thanks Raggamuffin, I just showed DP and he thinks she look mental in the karaoke and car picture! If you're press you can download the images, I might email on monday and see if they give me a password.

ragga - im probably wrong but is it your dd that is in razzle dazzle the song at the beginning? little girl with glasses, i recognised her today from the farnbrough shoot pictures! if its not your dd whos it cant remember, she's so cute!

hey Cyan, have always found it very inspiring to read about you following your dream, hopefully when my four are a bit bigger i can do the same, must be very exciting knowing you've nearly reached your goal!! the kids are great thanks, didn't reply to you the other day as josh came running in crying saying his foot hurt, well i took og his sock to find the biggest amount of pus on his big toe, took him straight down the doctors as they have a drop in clinic, turns out he has an in growing toe nail, yuk!!! Girls and Dylan are great, they ahve a busier social life than me at the moment which is nice but i look forward to the weekends then hardly see them!
It was a bummer not being able to make the meet up, really would love to meet you guys soon xxxx

oh and have you decided what to do about DS yet??

Hi everyone Mr(s)ratty, lovely pics - and I never knew Next sold toys?! Every day's a school day
I have decided to go with BK definitely for my youngest, I think I will go with EB for my eldest just to see how the two agencies compare! I was going to go with Bubblegum as on CM.net it says they have no fees, but the pack they sent me says you hacve to go in the model book which is £100+, so not really free!

Hopefully I will make the right decision and my boys will get work!

good luck kerryaron - hope your boys get something soon, i also thought bubblegum was free when considering them 4 my dd, was quite dissapointed about the amount to go in model book.

ellesmum.......No not my DD on razzle dazzle......that's one of educatingrita's 4 daughters that you're getting confused with. Will let you know when to look out for DD. She'll be appearing soon in Girl Talk Magazine and WHSmith Christmas Gift Guide.

mrsratty.......you can enlarge the pics and save to file or print off the image......don't know how good the quality is though????

Thanks ellesmum I emailed BG, I wonder if they will reply! On CM I was led to believe that the only fees for BG was the registration fee which was taken out of earnings!

i think at one point bubblegum were free to join, isabel from cm said she didnt have to pay when her los went with them, so its probably a new thing!
