I don't think I can see anything I'm not supposed to. How did you get to that part?

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!

sha11 · 11/09/2006 13:51

Can anyone recommend any agencies for film/TV/video rather than just photographic work?

I have contacted CS management but they are unable to consider 3 year olds at present.

I found a website for Jackie Palmer associates, but was not sure if you had to be a student of their weekend stage school - anyone know if they take on non-students?

Eurokids are in Cheshire - anyone know them? Do they take on kids in the South?

Just pondering, as DD seems to be in the twilight zone age-wise for photos...

princessmel · 11/09/2006 14:00

Hi, Bgum didn't need to see us. Saw the lady at the shoot on sat.

Ragamuffin · 11/09/2006 14:06

housemum...... The top theatrical agencies are A&J Management, Young Un's (Sylvia Young), Jackie Palmer and CS Management. Some smaller ones include Abacus Agency, Doreen English and Barbara Speake. Very few of them will take children as young as 3....but you can try. Quite often the TV Productions will younger kids from Model Agencies.

Hi Everyone

I'm just startin out with my DS - I got some great advice from all last week - especially from Little Madam. I sent DS pictures to DK in Sheffield and they have asked me to fill in registration form and send updated pictures every month. They said they will contact me if any jobs cocme in for DS age group. Is this the norm.

Have added DS to SOTW on CM.

sha11 - If you got a yes from KL then they are the one you should go with. I wouldn't trun down a place for B&B, KL or UA as they are the ones we always see at castings and jobs, Elisabeth Smith is another agency I have seen a couple of kids from but not very often like the others.

sha11 · 11/09/2006 14:40

thanks mrratty for the advice, although i would love it if KL weren't sole rep!!

just wondering about your name are you male cos i always think of u as Mr Ratty

OP posts:
mrratty · 11/09/2006 14:44

The name is Mr Ratty though I am female, it's my old pet rats name. It really is confusing!!!!!!!

mrratty · 11/09/2006 14:47

sha11 - Do your children have another agent already, how old are they?

Lolly68 · 11/09/2006 14:53

Anybody on here with Elisabeth Smith?

sha11 · 11/09/2006 14:59

no they dont i only applied for the girls last tuesday, only to the top 5 (imo) low cost ones. i know kl are quite exclusive but rather than the quirky fashion work they do, i prefer regular catalogue and store/mag, uniforms etc work for them, if that makes sense.

my ds is with ck, been around 9 months, not even a casting?? so no luck there although he is really cute. oh well better luck with the girls!!

sha11 well done for going with kids london, my 2 year old dd has been with them for 4 weeks and has had 1 casting and 2 jobs already, they are also really freindly and know your kids personally, everytime i ring them they know my daughter straight away which is really good as some agencies have so many kids on their books and u can tend to feel just like another number.

bruce and brown also accepted my dd but took 5 weeks to get back to me and in that time my dd had already had her first job with kl.

at all the jobs my dd has been 2 there has always been other kids there from kl and b and b so they basically get the same clients anyway.

Quadrophenia · 11/09/2006 15:17

Lolly68 · 11/09/2006 16:28

No he said that they should be ready by the end of this week and he would post a message on-line when they are. I remember him saying at the shoot that we would be able to view them on the website.
