So glad no pissing occurred on my magnolia Smile

Hope Zombie is thriving on the collective love of MN WineFlowers

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 01/04/2014 23:08

Always happy to pee anywhere by invitation!

sanssoleil · 01/04/2014 23:49

I feel honoured Confused

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 01/04/2014 23:58

Have been meaning to ask sol if you're hip is better?

This is late for lunch, even by MN standards.

Did you see the April Fool thread?

sanssoleil · 02/04/2014 00:05

Hip is a problem,it fucked up again on Friday and I was immobile-I needed a new toothbrush and DD bought me a Hello Kitty one 'to cheer me up' grrrrr

I have been avoiding April foolery tbh-but will take a look if you insist Grin

I am in a vile mood today and want to slap fuckwits.

Lunch is the only good meal of the day.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 02/04/2014 00:23

May I gently suggest that you stay off the trampoline for a bit?Grin
Sorry it's not sorted yet.

Catch me in the wrong mood and I'd bite the end off a Hello Kitty toothbrush! Sweet thought though.

I hate, with a vengeance, slapstick April Foolery, but Justine's thread about MN winning the contract to run NHS Maternity Services was brilliant.
Well, I thought so Grin

All the lunch references are because Z said on the other thread that she was meeting two MNers for lunch today.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 02/04/2014 00:26

And I always want to slap fuckwits Grin

sanssoleil · 02/04/2014 00:37

Hey thanks, the thread was funny, have just read it.

My trampoline days are fell over-I am just a spotter and big mouth coach.

I am doomed to be surrounded by fuckwittery-guess its an age thang Wine

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 02/04/2014 01:10

Nah, it's always been there.

It's just that I used to think they were all wrong, but now I know I'm right!

G'night love, hope you sleep xxx

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 03/04/2014 01:17

Just got back from Canterbury, went to watch show DD touring with. Nice to meet her No.1 and some others in the team.

Jeffing, sodding roadworks nearly all the way back!

Clinkerama [dink] am catching up Smile

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 03/04/2014 18:23

Lovely light evenings n'est ce pas?

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 03/04/2014 19:38

I hope everyone has voted for Woolly Hugs to win the wool.

sanssoleil · 03/04/2014 20:02

Woolly is one of those pesky words I can never spell-thanks for the alert.

Not sure whether to Wine tonight-have a virulent reaction to the Saharan Dust and my lungs are swimming and I am drowning-but I will survive #TOTP1979 Smile

Did anyone see Legs and co shuffle about in dinnerlady tabards and shiny disco pants to Sultans of Swing.Dreadful.

You sound like you have very talented offspring Bee any tips?Grin

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 03/04/2014 23:33

I agree, I always want to put an "e" in woolly. I think I still do sometimes.

Probably best to forgo the wine if you're feeling like that, hope it blows away soon and you feel better Cake?

We thought it was the usual sea mist!

Have typed and deleted several answers to your request for tips. Most of them could be interpreted as bitter or smug, so I'll pass.

sanssoleil · 03/04/2014 23:44

I am not a pushy parent and have never 'done' homework on behalf of the various children and if they didn't practice then......

I have often been made to feel harsh but I believe in some areas children need to generate their own motivation.....

I do not see you at all as being smug

My problem is with parents who 'overpraise'

I love bitter btw Grin

Dreading another night of this lung expusion

Have succoumbed to the Wine

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 04/04/2014 00:34

Totally with your first two sentences.

I have been accused of being over loving but I'm pretty sure any praise has been in proportion to achievement.

No. 1 has been rather spoiled I'm afraid. The old man has always indulged and I have facilitated that by indulging him. My excuse is that he has had a lot of tragedy in his family since we met.

Cheers darling, the wine will relax you, so that should help?

I think we won the wool Grin

sanssoleil · 04/04/2014 00:42

I am definitely going to get in touch with the wolly [!] huggers-I used to do a lotof yarnbombing-but feel I could put my knitting to something more directly valuable.

There is nothing wrong with love-but it is the relentless overpraising for regular stuff I have problems with.

Wine
BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 04/04/2014 00:59

I couldn't agree more Smile

I think the woolly thing is something you would like. I've met Pistey and Knotty and a few of the others at a couple of London meet-ups.

In fact, at the last one Zombie and I were up last talking to them about how they steer through the oh-so-sensitive situations that they deal with.
Deeply good people.

sanssoleil · 04/04/2014 01:05

Definitely a good thing for me to do

My anarchic yarnbombing days are youth folly-need to be grown-up and knitting ethically now

I have cried over those woolly hugs requests and I am a proper emotionally repressed baitch

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 04/04/2014 01:09

You might find you cry even more if you get involved. It's very moving.

Now, shall I pour another glass or are you going to sleep? Grin

sanssoleil · 04/04/2014 01:15

Wine definitely I am dreading another night of lung-drowning! Grin

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 04/04/2014 01:19

Toot=toot!

Wine I already doned it!

What you up to tomorrow?

sanssoleil · 04/04/2014 01:26

Actually quite ill so will have to tailor the day around what is possible-have some printing to do,and translating, and course work.....

Wine thanks-are you wedding outfit sorted?

My neighbours enjoyed their weekend in your parts, being vintagely coiffed and dressed-I have been given the embarrasssing photos Grin

WBU as the young peeps say??!!
