Just had a call from the solicitors and WE WON!!!!

Hoorah Hoorah - I am sooo happy.

There is a hearing on 2nd February to sort out all the arrangements for X2b to have contact with DD but other than that she is going to reside with me.

Thank you thank you for all of your help and support and all the lovely messages you have sent me.

Twinkie - I am fairly new to MN and have only caught the last chapter in your story....but so pleased it has a happy ending. And a tearjerker too. Am so happy for you and your family - can't imagine what the last few months must have been like for you.

twinkie, I broke work rules and logged on in the afternoon to check the news. I am so pleased for you (and so relieved that I do not have to be angry with the British justice system). It been raining down all day here in SE London, but that news is pure blue skies and sunshine.
