Just had a call from the solicitors and WE WON!!!!

Hoorah Hoorah - I am sooo happy.

There is a hearing on 2nd February to sort out all the arrangements for X2b to have contact with DD but other than that she is going to reside with me.

I saw the title of this thread and, like CountessD, thought someone had won a holiday or something and thought 'oh I'll look at that later' then I remembered that today was the day and the bloody thing wouldn't load!!!!

Isn't it lovely how we all feel so happy about this, I feel like you're someone I know personally, I'm soooooooo pleased. I suspect Twinkie, that this wonderful news has put a spring in all our steps today!
