Just had a call from the solicitors and WE WON!!!!

Hoorah Hoorah - I am sooo happy.

There is a hearing on 2nd February to sort out all the arrangements for X2b to have contact with DD but other than that she is going to reside with me.

Thank you thank you for all of your help and support and all the lovely messages you have sent me.

Don't get DD till the morning - not sure if I then keep her or have to wait until go to court on Feb 2nd but will know more later this afternoon - I am soo pleased - am at home alone and don't quite know what to do!!

Oh god - this seems unbelievable - a whole 14 months and finally it is over - I just don't know what to do now - I am soooooo relieved.

Thanks everyone.

Going out for dinner tonight with DP and having a big bottle of champers - wow - somethig finally went my way.
