SECRET KIDDIES XMAS SWAP - PLEASE READ!!!

Ok, inspired by everyones generosity and an idea I saw I'm suggesting we do a secret kiddies christmas swap.

How it would work is this. If you want to sign up your child(ren) then you list them here. Their ages (don't have to give their names)sexes and their likes and dislikes.

Then you will email me your address. I will then give each person one address and the poster whose child they are swapping presents with. The present will have a value between £1 and £5, I say value cos then you don't have to buy anything new. But it must be in good enough condition to give as a present iykwim.

So then your children would get a surprise gift from a total stranger.

Ok this sounds stupid doesn't it?

I think it'd be fun to have a go at guessing first. Must be clues to use - post marks, gift choice (?), lucky guess...

How about we all agree to wait until after Christmas to say who we think it is, and who it actually is (if different). Then we should all have ours and we can say what the kiddies got as well.

I've read this thread and glad to see that the parcel I sent on sat has arrived at ----'s house.
I haven't received mine yet.

I sent mine yesrurday, but doesn't seem to have arrived yet......

Mine hasn't got to me yet either - so can we keep the secret about who sent what just for now, if we people guess right before Xmas can we tell them?

The mn'er who is my recipient has already recieved theirs (they mention it here).....

That is why I thought it was you . I hope all the children like their presents - it would be awful if reveal the Secret Santa's and someone is really unhappy at their gift - I found mine quite difficult to buy - did anyone else?
