As an offshoot of the Baby Modelling thread here is the new and improved thread for all questions you may have regarding agencies, the industry or just to relate general experiences. The last thread is hereby laid to rest - it was 5 YEARS OLD! Jeez!

totallyfloaty35.dd is 9 .10 in april she is tall for her age .the tallest in her year.what age did you think she was ? i think its hard to tell girls ages

I did my work out at the gym.... didnt go too bad was quite pleased as I felt I worked out

I have just started my make up artist diploma course from home today so probably wont be about as much on here but definatly in the evening will be checking up on all the gossip xxx

Hi Totallyfloaty . My DD is with Bruce and brown. Hey there are lovely and not at all scary!!They took her when on as a baby without seeing us personally which saved us a trip to Notting hill! The staff are very friendly and answer all calls and emails promptly and efficiently.

Hi Webmum1. My 2 girls are with MOT ( The agency is fab!) When we went for our assessment, all they wanted to do was have a chat, with both parents and kids, they will explain how modelling, fees etc work, and they will also just chat with your kids ( about anything) to see how they interact with adults they don't know etc, as this is vital as shy kids can be really hard work on a photo shoot. I was told there and then that they were happy to sign my 2 on. No payment was asked for ( they DO not charge an assessment fee, and totally disagree with it)I was lucky to go the week before the pics were being done for the new model book with is due out in a couple of weeks, I paid about £140 for both and got the most amazing pics from them. It costs £60 to put the children in the model book, but this is taken out of the 1st job ( you will find that most good agencies run this way). Im not sure if they will be updated model book or website ( which is due to change in a couple of weeks, my kids not on there yet!)you'll have to ask them, Charlie, Nicky and Rachel who work for the Junior side are all fab! Lots and lots of luck, you'll have no probs. Beware though they are very busy, and my mobile does not stop with jobs!!! Let me know, cheers Manic ma

marymay,yes your DDlooks tall,i thought she was 11..supermodel in the making.
Thorntons,ta for lovely pic,your DD so cute,DD2 got interview with b&b,MOT want to see her too,shall go for both meetings and see from there.
Do you just have the 1 child Thorntons or do you have another with different agency? forgive me if you dont i keep losing track of who has who with which agency.
Am exhausted today(due to lack of cake no doubt)and period has disappeared,after just 24 hrssurely 35 is too young for the menopause

hi manicma, what jobs have your dd's done recently?and does the eldest get much work,am interested as my dd has interview with them,any info much appreiciated
