I know it doesn't make any difference to me but it still unreasonably winds me up :(

my story is the last man i was intimate with rammed his hand into my vagina with such a force, that (1) i got a pelvic infection & needed an operation (2) my bones were damaged but i could not really explain what was wrong when i initially went to the doctor so they only looked at them years later when i was still in pain.

since this time in 2007 i dont do sex & i dont know how anyone lets thier guard down that much. i have to do sex soon because of my age & i would like children but i dont have any.

if this man had taken the ability for me to have children away, i will just have to get on with life was best i can. so what he takes ways from me is the minimum possible. i will fight for every inch of ground.

in many ways i live the best of lives.

i dont ever discuss what happened to me ever in RL appart from with my gynae. i only ever discuss it on MN. & only with this name....whatever happens...Always Standup. whatever happens, you get to choose to stand up after it.

like i said, you are shaped by your bad experiences but not defined by them. so now it is time to return to my other MN name where noone knows me for this part of my life. see you all on the other side. i have found it useful. xx

Always what you say reminds me of Viktor Frankl, an amazing man who survived the holocaust. He said our last freedom was that whatever happened to us we had the choice of how to respond to that.
I really like that sense of freedom generally in life, that in any given set of circumstances it is our choice how to respond and act.
I thought you might like to hear about him if you haven't come across him already.

Another thought ... Always if you're hoping to try for a baby could AI or IVF be options for you. Having sex might not be essential ...
