Yes it was. Straightforward process. Simple and very accessible. Just upload photos, choose the ones you want and how you want them and that's it.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
I really liked it. Looked high end and looks so cute on my fridge.

Yes. I think it was great. The magnets looked amazing and I loved them. Definitely gonna try the other products now.

2.What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself? I used a couple of photos from our DD's first holiday for the mug, I kept it for myself due to reasons below.

3.How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use? Really easy process, quick and straightforward.

4.What are your overall impressions of the product you received? I had hoped to give the mug as a gift however the mug itself had an imperfection on it so I wasn't happy to pass it on. Otherwise really happy with the gift, the photo quality was good and the delivery was quick.

1. There was a good range and selection of products available. I bought a mug and a fridge magnet.
2. I used pictures from my phone gallery and gifted this to a family member.
3. I found the process simple and easy to use. I liked the fact it stored my project too, which I could go back to if needed.
4. My overall impression of this company was a very positive one. As I was very pleased with the quality of the mug.

I had a few problems with remembering which photos i had already used as it doesnt show you in the basket at the end

it was ok once i got the hang of it

one of the products has a bit chopped off as it doest show you that it will have a border on the magnet

I thought it was a bit expensive so I probably wouldn't use them in the future unless it was for something small.

• I ordered prints & a fridge magnet. The range of products was on par with other photo websites I have previously used.

• I used photos of my children for both the prints & the fridge magnet. I kept them for myself.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

• The FUJIFILM website was super easy to use and downloading the photos took no time at all. I was able to look at each photo and crop them, which I liked, and I could see exactly how the print would turn out. There were also lots of different options of prints available.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

• I was really happy with the product I received. The prints were high quality and delivered quickly, and the fridge magnet was much bigger than I expected.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

• I already love using photo products & gifts so it hasn’t inspired me to create more, but I would definitely buy more from FUJIFILM.

•			What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered the poster option having not known that fujifilm offered services such as this (thought only bog standard photo prints). Was impressed with range they had of prints/posters/gifts etc

•			What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I created a photo collage of 10prints on my poster (of professional shots we had done recently). We kept the poster for ourselves and have it framed on wall.
• How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
I used collage of photos. It wasn’t easy to customise it once photos added to the grid. Very hard to swap photos around when only 1-2 needed swapping and happy with rest. Their shuffle function rearranged them all when all I wanted to do was swap couple. Wish you could drag to replace/swap as you can with other similar companies for same products. Once sorted it was an easy checkout process (postage pricey so grateful the voucher included that!)

•			What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

Great product received and print quality is high resolution. Impressed with how it looks.

•			Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

I like creating photo books and posters from photos for gifts. However I’m not sure I’d use fujufilm again as was quite faffy to get right compared to other companies that offer same .

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM?

I ordered two of the photo notebooks.

What did you think of the range of products offered?

I didn't think that there was a great selection, i expected there to be more of a choice.

What photos did you use for your photo product?

I used photos of my children with there dad and photos of my partners grandad.

Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I gave them as a gift to my partner for father's day from our children.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product?

I found it it fairly easy with adding photo's and borders and backgrounds but when it came to adding some text to the products, it took over an hour just for the text, one minute i could see the text, next minute it was gone, so had to keep doing it quite a few times, until it finally worked properly.

Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

It was easy to use, easy to create an acount, to select product, photos and layouts. I just had problems with adding the text.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

Absolutely love the products, great quality, photos printed out perfectly and clear, exactly what it showed me in the preview.

Yes it has, i love photo products and think they are gifts that can be cherished.

I ordered a photo mug, fridge magnets and some photo prints. The range was very similar to other sites.

I used family photos. I gave the mug and 2 fridge magnets as gifts and had photographs for myself.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
It was easy to create and order the products, as was straightforward instructions, however I think it would of been nice to have a preview in basket at least of item, I had to keep trying to remember which pictures I had alreasy used.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
The mug was amazing quality, the fridge magnets were okay but in the sunlight you can see the glue of where they'd been stuck into frame.

I love giving photo gifts anyways, I may consider using the same company again but found some of their product prices high in comparison to other sites.

I thought that there was a good range and the products would be ideal gifts for grandparents who are difficult to buy for.

I created and ordered from my phone and it worked well on the small screen.

I found it easy to navigate and check out quickly.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
I thought that the photos mightn't be of good quality because they were from my phone but the pictures printed better than expected. The colour range was vibrant and there was excellent detail-no blurry bits!

I'd definitely consider using this service for gifts in the future.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered the wooden block photo calender. I thought there was a really good range of products that were great for gifts etc.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I used photos of our children from babies upwards. I kept it for home as it is nice to have on display when people come round. Could've been an equally great gift though.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

The process was really simple and I found the website easy to use and navigate. It didn't take me long to input important dates on Dates calender and I found the features really useful.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

I love our calender! It looks really well made and expensive compared to cheap plastic flip calendars.

Yes definitely! Although the double postage charge if ordering two different items is silly and put me off ordering something else at the same time.

I ordered photo prints.

I used photos that I had taken from New Year to now which covered a number of family parties and events. I kept for myself.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
It was generally very easy to use. Although one of the photos which someone else had sent me was square. I would have liked the ability to change the photo to landscape and crop it better as the crop feature kept it in a portrait mode meaning that I could not crop it as I would have wanted.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
Very good. much better quality images than the company I used last time.

No. But I will probably use them for prints in future.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
Prints sized 12 x 8 inches and 18 x 12 inches, 6 prints in total.

1. Me & the children, 2) me, my husband and the children and 3) a landscape one. We are giving 2 of the family prints to our parents when we've had them framed.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
Relatively easy and quick, even if you're not normally good with anything digital (like me!)

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
Good quality, and delivery was quick.

Yes, it was far easier than I'd expected so I can definitely see me using it again, perhaps for Christmas gifts.

The range isn’t as long compared to other sights but still a good selection

I had no issues and was good to be able to change the style so could add a different number of photos, add a colour background and include text

Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

It did take me some time at the end during the checkout process as I didn’t realise had to click a certain thing about delivery and I kept thinking the page wasn’t loading correctly - once I realised I needed to click something it was fine but for some could’ve been little easier.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

Really happy with the product and her daddy likes it and is using it all the time.

Yes definitely, I try and print photos each month so can definitely see me using FUJIFILM.

I ordered a piece of wall art. The range was alright, i did like that you could customise the background/sides of the wallart, could be better.

I chose a picture of my 6 month old, shes my first and spoilt lol, and I kept it for myself to hang in my living room

I found it a bit difficult and slow, and not the easiest process. I've used similar sites before that are much more easy to use.
What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
It's nice, but again I have had better quality for cheaper prices elsewhere sadly.

I love creating photo products, but sadly I much prefer other sites to create them

1. I ordered a photo book. There was lots of choice of product offered.

2. I used family photographs from last summer.
   I make a holiday photobook every year, so this was to keep.

3. Initially it was quite frustrating as the website wouldn’t accept the photos saved from my phone in HEIC format.
   It was therefore quite annoying to have to convert all of the photos to jpegs in order to create the book.
   I also tried the auto-fill option but it really wasn’t very good.
   It’s very easy to manually fill the book though, and the change layout, background colour etc.
   I liked the way it ticks each photo as you use it, and shows two ticks if you’ve used the photo twice.

4. The phonebook itself is great quality, very pleased.

5. I am quite used to ordering photobooks etc, so it wouldn’t necessarily inspire me to create more.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered? - Wall Art - Slim 8"x8" Canvas. I thought the range of products was sufficient
What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself? - I used a photo from my phone photo gallery of my children. I was hoping to give it to my husband as a photo gift.
How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use? It was easy to use but there was not final preview of the product after cropping the image etc. I was using the website on my phone.
What are your overall impressions of the product you received? Unfortunately, the crop lines were not correct and the image is folded over the top of the frame, therefore its not a great gift!
Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future? Not at the moment.

1- what product? I ordered the photo calendar. They have a great range. Lots of choice of products.

2- what photos and who for? I used recent photos of our family but mostly the kids. I will give it to one of the grandparents.

3- creating and ordering? I used my phone for the order so it was really easy to select photos from my phone album. Once selected I could scroll through them and decide which ones to use on each page of the calendar. The calendar itself was easy to personalise. I could select how many photos I wanted on each page and a background colour.

4- impressions of product? It arrived really quickly although I did have to go to the post office to pick it up as I missed the delivery. The photos are clear and the quality is excellent.

5- reste more in the future? I will definitely make more photo calendars as gifts.

i ordered the poster but was impressed with the other options but really wanted a large multi picture of my daughter's so a poster was great

i used some old and new of both my daughter's for a nice range of ages, I kept this for myself and is currently framed in my hallway

i actually found it a bit fiddily, I could not get it to work on my phone so had to use my laptop to create the poster, it was also a little tricky to confirm what had been selected with regards to background colour. I also selected pictures and wanted to change the order but I couldn't do it on the webpage so had to start over a few times

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
loved it, the quality was lovely and looked really impressive my husband also thought it was great and wants to order more as the cost is very reasonable

absolutely, loved the end result even if the creating was a little tricky at times

I ordered a canvas wall art. I went for the smallest/cheapest option as I didn’t want to spend much of my own money if it wasn’t going to work out and I was ordering in a bit of a rush. There are a lot of lovely products available and some of the more expensive wall art products and bigger sizes could make a beautiful gift.

I used a picture from my phone and I’m going to keep it for myself/the house.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
it was a pretty straightforward process. No issues

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
it’s good quality. I’d get another, bigger print when I get the right image for a big bit of wall art.

yes. I think the magnets would make lovely gifts for grandparents and I think I’ll get a bigger canvas too.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered three A2 poster prints (I put some of my own money towards them). The range offered on the website is brilliant, really extensive.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I used some off my phone as I have thousands of photos! I have framed the poster prints and displayed them in my home.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

The process was easy enough on a phone as that’s how I ordered them. However once you add your products to the basket it just shows a generic picture rather than the picture you have chosen. This got a little confusing if your ordering more than one photo product as I had to keep going back to check I hadn’t selected the same picture twice.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

Overall I’m happy with the prints. I was impressed with the packaging and delivery was super speedy. One of the posters isn’t as good quality as the others and I’m not sure why. I don’t think it’s because of the quality of the photos as they were professionally taken. However for the price I paid I’m happy.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

Yes, I have so many photos on my phone and I would love to put some in the book to look through with my children.

1. I ordered photo mug
2. I used pictures of me with my sister & nephews as a gift to my sister who is going through a hard time
3. I found it quite difficult at first to figure out how to use the site but that is perhaps down to my own IT struggles. It repeatedly said that the text I had entered was not being saved despite repeat attempts pressing save, I eventually got frustrated & processed the order anyway & the print was captured despite saying it would not be!? I got there in the end!
4. The end product is lovely & thankfully it put a smile on my sisters face, it was worth the time & frustration.
5. I think I might find the fujifilm site easier to navigate second time around after hours of trial & error at this my first attempt! Photo gifts are personal & lovely, to be cherished by all lucky enough to receive. My overall reflection is that this is a great gift to create for someone special, I am likely to try again in future.
