I was so excited to get picked up for this project as I just celebrated my son's first birthday and it's the perfect time to get some nice photo prints.

1. I ordered plenty of photo prints and a photobook containing my son's first birthday photos. To my surprise, Fujifilm is offering so many exciting products. I am very much interested in photo magnets and personalised cups.

1. First birthday of your firstborn is always a special occasion and very close to your heart. So I took the benefit of this exciting opportunity and created a nice photo book that we will cherish together forever.

1. The process of adding photos and then creating the photobook was quite easy.

And also there was a well-explained video guide on the website on how to create a photobook. I think that the website is easier to use on a laptop rather than mobile. The ordering process was straightforward as well.

1. I am impressed by the print quality of the photos, it reminds me of old film cameras that we used to have in the past. I usually take photos in a 3rd party app and sometimes the quality of the photos is compromised on your phone, but the colours and the quality of the prints are so good. When I received the photobook, I was a little bit disappointed by the print and image quality, these are not as good as standard prints. Photobook print's quality could be better.

1. Yes, this project has inspired me to create more photo projects. I will go for a hardcover photo book this time around. And also photo magnets and cups. I think they will make some lovely presents as well.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered? I thought the range of products on offer were great, in fact too many to pick from! We'd originally thought we'd get photo prints, but then found the poster prints, so we ordered one of them.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself? We picked the poster prints - and kept it for ourselves - we've recently decorated our living room and really wanted a family photo for the wall, so this was a perfect opportunity.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use? I found the process super easy - and really quick to do! The bit that took the longest was trying to work out with image we wanted.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received? Really pleased with the item we received - firstly, the delivery was amazing - almost next day, which was great. The item came well packed in a long tube, and was really great quality - love it.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future? Yes, totally inspired me to get more products and gifts for the future - will be perfect for birthday and christmas gifts, so will be using again.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? I ordered from the selection of photo gifts, a large photo mug.

What did you think of the range of products offered? I thought the range of products offered is very good quality and products my family would be interested in.

What photos did you use for your photo product? I used photos from a recently family holiday to Iceland. I used four images which I had taken on my camera phone and came out very clearly on the mug.

Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself? I gave the mug as a gift to Grandparents.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? I found the website very intuitive, I completed the order on my phone and it was so straight forward I had the tv on at the same time.

Was myFUJIFILM easy to use? Yes myFUJIFILM was very easy to use, I didn’t have an issues and found the process very straightforward.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received? I love the product and it brought joy to my child’s grandparents which was really lovely, thank you for the opportunity to test it, will certainly use it again in the future.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future? Yes, given the process was so quick and easy I think it is a great
option for birthdays, Christmas gifts and I really must get around to making some photo books!

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
I have ordered a photo album. I think the range is good, lots of things to choose from.

What photos did you use for your photo product?
🤭 Obviously, our son is the one that is the main character in this photo album. I selected pictures of us and his friends.

Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
I am keeping it for us😊.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
I did struggle a bit but I think it's because I used my phone to create the album, maybe if I would have used a laptop or a PC I would have managed to use all the tools. On my phone I could not figure out how to add text, etc.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
The quality is impressive! The pictures are very clear and the paper quality is brilliant.

Oh yes!!! And I will probably use again myFujifilm as I like the quality and the prices are good too.

I ordered an A1 poster print. I think the range was ok - perhaps not as extensive as other sites.

I used some old family portraits that just don't get enjoyed in digital form.

I found the process easy to use - I like the customisable background options.

I am happy with the quality of the print and how it was packaged.

I felt the postage was a negative for me. It was 6.99 for the poster, but when I added on a keyring it jumped up so much more to about 11, even more than the keyring

For another poster I would consider using the site again but maybe not for smaller items with high postage costs.

I found it a bit confusing as I have uploaded the pictures from 2 different sources and I have end up having them print twice. I still don't understand how.

I ordered 2 coasters and a notebook. I thought the range was reasonable. They were items you expect most companies like this to offer although I hadn’t seen the notebooks before and it was a good fit for my intended recipient.

I used photos of my daughter and her dad as I created the gifts as Fathers Day presents

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
it was easy to use but I found it frustrating that if I added a photo I then didn’t want I couldn’t seem to remove it and had to start the project over again although this may have been to do with accessing the site from my phone? The rest of it was otherwise very easy to do.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
the coasters were better than I was expecting. Nice glossy finish and felt substantial so unlikely to be easily bent or damaged. The notebook was also good quality. The photos came out well, it looked well produced and the paper was pretty good quality not thin!

yes I would use them again to create gifts and would also likely order some Photobooks or prints for framing as well

I found the interface for uploading photos was a bit clunky particularly for uploading lots of photos from iPhoto. It seemed to take a long time and I couldn't find a way of selecting a number of different photos to upload from different events.
What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
The prints were high quality and I thought the colours came out well. They came through the post really quickly.

1. What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered the canvas wall art. I liked the range of products, seem similar to what is offered by most out there.

       2. What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I Used a photo from a family shoot we had taken last year. My intention was to keep it for us but when it arrived I gave it to my mum.

     3. How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

It was quite easy. It took awhile to get the right picture to work with a square canvas. I wish it could have the option to shrink the image to get a better fit. A lot of the image was lost.

    4.What are your overall impressions of the product you received? 

It was OK. As I said earlier I was going to keep it but its just not for me. The square fit didn't work so well and perhaps its the canvas style but if you're close up it doesn't look good. I wouldnt get one again.

Not Massively. I wouldn't want to pay what I did for what I received. Maybe some of the other products would have left me feeling more inspired but this one didn't.

I struggled a lot with this one. Firstly my laptop was playing up so thought I would be able to order through my phone. This didn't go well. I had opted to order a photo book, the easy but was uploading the photos directly from my phone, no issues there.
The tricky bit was trying to rearrange the order of the photos, it was of a renovation project so the order mattered a lot. This was impossible to do on my phone even on desk top view. I attempted it again on the laptop but was unable to find my creation and had to start again. I didn't end up ordering anything, which was disappointing. I am willing to give the website another go though.

I ordered the personalised notebook. Honestly speaking though, I thought myFUJIFILM had rather basic product range. The usual mugs, tumblers, photo books, photo mosaics etc; something that almost all other photo-personalisation companies offer. Granted, judging from the product I received, it's good quality.

2) What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
I used 2 different photos of my son, and kept it for my personal use.

3) How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
For someone who is fairly tech-savvy, I think the designing tool is easy to understand.

I was really pleased with the quality!

Probably, if they had more of a variety.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
I ordered a mug and 2 fridge magnets. The range wasn’t as extensive as other similar retailers.
What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
Photos of my mum and I for the fridge magnets (one each intended) and photos of husband with kids for the mug (Fathers day present).
How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
I did everything from my mobile with no real issues.
What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
My order arrived but the mug was damaged - the handle had broken off into pieces. I contacted customer services by email and got a reply within 20 mins. The order was immediately reissued - I expected this to be just the mug but got the entire order again. Really impressed! Great quality products.

I ordered photo magnets, and the range seemed to be in line with other similar sites - maybe a little smaller.

Family photos given as a father's Day gift.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
Not particularly easy to use on my phone - others may have had more luck on a lap top? The lack of product preview in the basket also made it really hard to keep track!

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
Product was good quality but not worth the high price of products and very expensive postage costs.

I'll probably go back to similar sites I've used in the past that have a less clunky design process and lower costs.

I order a photo calendar but chose a larger size and paid extra.

I used family photos and kept it just for us.

it was fine. Didn’t like that I couldn’t preview the calendar sizes and also centimetres would have been useful as well.

uploading photos was simple and easy.
I would have liked a preview at the end, and not having one was frustrating.

also, would have like more control over photo positioning and zoom within the frames.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

nice quality gloss paper used, very much like a printed photo- so this was a nice surprise. Maybe this detail should have been included?
quick delivery and nice product.

There were a very good variety of products but we choose the magic mug and a photobook.

We ordered a photo 4x4 magnet. I thought they had good choice on the website. I would have liked more that one magnet choice though.

My son helped me pick a family photo with everybody in it.

Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself? I gave it as a gift.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use? My son and I did this together and on the whole we found creating very easy. I was disappointed that you couldn’t zoom into the picture or Centre it, the only thing you could do was crop. The background colours were a good selection and it was easy to complete.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received? Being honest I wasn’t sure I should give it as a gift as it’s not great quality at all. I felt the magnet was extremely flimsy, the plastic surrounding looked really cheap (and it wasn’t a cheap product). The front plastic film over the picture kept trapping air between the picture and the film and kept distorting the picture. Overall I was very disappointed, I didn’t feel it was a quality product and I wouldn’t buy one again. To give context I often by this type of gift from similar sites and this didn’t meet the standards I expected from it.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future? My son and I enjoyed the process together and we had lots of fun creating. We would like to create more photo gifts in the future but I would be unlikely to do it with myFUJIFILM. I didn’t feel that their was anything “high quality” about the product I received. I would not recommend

On my mobile it was the most arduous task I started over like 5 times if it was not for this test I would have given up and gone somewhere else as it was just so frustrating. No.

I found it ok, but I couldn’t see how to view how the finished product will look. This meant that by mistake I put 2 photos on top of another! So my gift is unusable which is a really shame.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use? I didn't find it great, it didn't give a preview, or correct you if you'd done it wrong. I was sent a canvas with a tiny picture in the middle and 90% white. I did complain and they did re do it and correct it but the site should have shown a preview.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received? The second one was good.

Unfortunately I was unable to upload photos from my phone. I could do it from my ipad but I didn't have any photos to upload from there.
Very disappointing.

Coasters. I thought the range was quite good actually! I was tempted by many but wanted to stay within the price range this time

i am going to give them as a gift to my son, he will absolutely love them!

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

i actually found the website a bit hard to use - adding the photos, choosing the photos etc was annoying - I would swipe down my iPhone library to pick Photos and it would accidentally highlight random ones to add.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

first impressions - amazing quality - the colours are bold and bright, it looks like it will last.

actually yes, it’s a unique gift at a decent price point! I think my mother in law would love the same coasters with photos of her dogs too. And I’m eyeing up the mugs!
