I ordered a photo book and was able to add quite a few extra pages for the money.

I used photos from my phone of a recent holiday. I am keeping it for myself

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use

It was an easy process although I wouldn't recommend doing it on a phone as I did as hard to see the images you are choosing and it made it difficult to change layout etc

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

It is good quality though a lot smaller than I thought it would be

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

Yes as photos tend to stay on my phone and I love to have them in a physical form

• What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered wall art - a slimline canvas. I thought the product range was good but not as extensive as some other providers.

• What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I kept it for myself - used a picture of my daughter from her nursery photos.

• How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

I think the upload was easy and quick. I found trying to resize an image difficult, so I ended up swapping the picture. Payment and order was easy.

• What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

The quality of the print is good. I think it's a shame that you can see the canvas stapled to the wood at the back, makes it look a lot cheaper than wrapping around the frame and stapling underneath.

• Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

It has, although I do prefer Photobox which has better offers also. I would order from myFUJIFILM again if there were some deals! Thanks for the product test!

Miaow1234 · 03/07/2022 16:05

I ordered a coaster and a photo book.

I used pictures of my daughter and her cat that had passed away and as a gift for my daughter.

I found making the photo book difficult and ended up with no words as the website wouldn’t let me and also wouldn’t let me crop or change page colours when using iPad. So these elements were v frustrating.

The end product is ok and does look good but I wouldn’t be happy if I had paid and couldn’t alter things.

yes I would create more photo books in future if I could get the site to work on my iPad and not just on my phone as too fiddly.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered the Wall Art 8x8

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I used a picture of my children from Jubilee weekend

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

very easy and quick to use. Also liked how they explain if it wasn’t good quality

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

really nice

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered three of the 5” x 5” mini photo books with the matte finish. The range seemed on a par with other companies offering similar services.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
I used photos taken from the Camera Roll on my phone. We made all three photo books using the same template and images, with the intention of keeping one ourselves and gifting the others to grandparents.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
I created the photo book using the safari web browser on my phone. At a couple of stages, my progress failed to save and I therefore had to repeat the process of moving photos from the online album I created to the template itself. Slightly frustrating, but not the end of the world.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

I am satisfied with the quality of the product received, although a few photos appear to have lost resolution when compared with the originals I uploaded. Printing and Delivery of the products was fast, with email updates at various points in the process.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

Whilst the experience was generally positive, I would not choose myFUJIFILM over another more established website unless there was a good enough discount or special offer to entice me.

Tiredmumno1 · 04/07/2022 10:40

Update on my missing photobook:

I eventually received it, and tbh I don't think it was the greatest quality.

I remember doing the front and back cover with particular photos and added wording to the spine, which it never arrived like that. Them pictures and the wording were no where to be seen.

Quite disappointed actually, considering I paid more to get the photobook.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
I ordered a photo book. I thought the range of items was quite good, though fairly similar to other companies like this.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
I used recent photos from my phone, just everyday of kids, days out, and pets. I'll be keeping it for myself, as my younger ones enjoy looking back at photos.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
It was quite easy to use, though changing the photos after I'd removed/added one sometimes was a bit tricky, to make sure you didn't end up losing a photo or duplicating one. But in general, quite easy to use.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?
Overall mostly positive. I think the quality of printing could have been better - seemed a bit grainy. Also the book took 10 whole days after it was marked as dispatched, which made me think it had gone missing. But finally arrived. No idea if Royal Mail at fault or Fujifilm, but it was a long delay. However, the price was quite cheap for a simple photobook, so I think I would likely buy more in future.

I tried to order poster prints using the mobile site but they wouldn't upload. On the off chance, I created an account and then tried. It worked, but too late for the offer. So I can't comment on the product itself.

jameela1 · 05/07/2022 09:33
  1. I've ordered a photo book.
  2. I used photos of my 3 children to make a birthday gift for their grandma who lives in another country and misses us terribly.
  3. I struggled with adding any background or text,so ended up just putting photos and ordering the product after multiple attempts to edit and save it. Because the photo quality is excellent the book looks great anyway and made an excellent and touching gift.
  4. I really love the look of final product. It's a great quality photo gift.
  5. I'm very likely to use the service again due to top quality, fast shipping and great prices. The website has a large choice of photo products.

Itsalwayssunny · 05/07/2022 19:55

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered? Wall art. I ordered a canvas, there was a variety of products on offer but I thought some were quite over priced.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself? It was a high resolution image of our wedding day. It was for myself.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use? I found the website OK to use, it wasn't very clear at first about the photo margins and it didn't seem to crop the photos well either.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received? I wasn't very happy with the product. It was a black and white image so maybe that's part of the reason but the quality wasn't very good.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future? I love to give and receive photo gifts. I am not sure whether I'd use myFUJIFILM again though.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered an A4 calendar. There were plenty of options.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I used holiday photos. It will be a gift for DD9 for her birthday.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

Yes, fairly easy. Much easier once I realised there were pre-set layouts you could use.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

Good quality, very speedy turnaround.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

I felt that it would have been nice if for a nominal amount you could have created 2 x calendars - once the layout / postage is taken care of, it would have been nice (for example) to order an identical product for 50% less. That would have encouraged me to place a bigger order.
