What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered a canvas, I found the section small.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I used a picture of my children in the woods, it was for our wall

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

The process was easy enough.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

I think it's pretty flimsy and not great quality. The picture was bright but on the canvas it's dark and doesn't look great.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

Yes I would order picture gifts but probably not from this company

MrDuplicity · 27/06/2022 14:19

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered a photo book. Didn’t look for too long at other products but there looked to be a good range.

What photos did you use for your photo product?

I used photos of my son and family members.

Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I gave it as a gift to my son so he has pictures of all his family to keep in his bedroom.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

I found the adding of the photos really easy, but struggled with editing/cropping the photos and changing backgrounds.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

It‘s a lovely little photo book, but if giving it as a gift a hardcover would be better.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

Possibly, yes.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered? I ordered Wall Art (the slim 8" x 8" canvas). I didn't look at the range of products as I had agreed to order this item prior to going on the website.
What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself? I used photos of my family that were taken on my phone. The idea was to have the canvas on a wall in our living room - but due to its quality we have put it in my office instead.
How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use? It was relatively easy - however it was impossible to remove / resize the photographs on the canvas so there are large white areas all around the face of the canvas which looks cheap and unprofessional.
What are your overall impressions of the product you received? I was really disappointed in the product. Not only do the white areas around the photographs really detract from the overall look, the photos have come out very grainy (despite all being of acceptable quality according to the photo editor). The image is not central to the canvas, and the edges (where the canvas has been folded to the frame) are not flat - so it looks very unprofessional overall.
Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future? I would not consider using myFUJIFILM to create any other products or gifts. I currently use photobox to make family calendars and the experience and UI is so much better.

  1. I ordered photo prints. With the budget I had in mind, I was pleasantly surprised to realise how many prints I could have. I was impressed with the choices and the other products available.
  2. I used photos from our family photo app for the last few months. Most of the prints will go in the family album but I ordered a few duplicates for gifting to grandparents and for my teenager to put on her wall.
  3. I found it a relatively intuitive process. It was easy to use. The only complication was creating folders and going back and forth from my basket to see what I had spent but I worked this out on the second go!
  4. The quality of the prints is fantastic. I couldn't believe how quickly they came.
5.Yes, now I have created the account, I would definitely go back. Thank you for the opportunity to test this out.

  1. What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered 2 photo books. I thought there was a strange gap between quality of books - either £30 or £6.50, nothing in the middle.

  1. What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I used photos of my children and kept it for myself. I was planning on giving one as a gift but I didn't like it enough.

  1. How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

It was okay, I didn't like the autofill feature, I thought it would save time but it didn't, just put pictures in random size boxes so you couldn't see the faces etc. I had to go through and crop and resize all the photos.

  1. What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

Im not a negative person but I really didn't like it! The paper is so thin, it feels like a pamphlet rather than a book. The cover isn't even made of any thicker paper to the rest of the book. Just doesnt seem like a book to me, I've had much better in the past from other companies.

  1. Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

I wouldn't use fuji film again, I would prefer to stick to other sites I've used before, like freeprints.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? A poster and a poster collage
What did you think of the range of products offered? Good selection
What photos did you use for your photo product? A wall of graffiti id photographed and a collage of pictures of the kids
Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself? Keep
How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use? Not really east, the collage was annoying having to restart each time I wanted to add a photo or see what another size would look like. I ended up having a repeat of a photo on my poster which was a huan error but it would be nice if it flagged this like it does small image sizes.
What are your overall impressions of the product you received? Good
Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future? I've already ordered a couple more prints.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
I ordered a 4 x fridge magnets. The range was very similar to other sites I have used in the past.

What photos did you use for your photo product?
Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I used family photos I kept 2 and the other 2 I gave to my adult daughters to take with them to university in September.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

It was easy to create the products, easy to follow instructions. It was easy to upload and then edit on the magnets.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

The fridge magnets were ok but not professional glued together as you could see some marks on the frames.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

I love giving personalised gifts but I did find some of the prices like canvases a bit higher than I would like to pay, however it has inspired me to use photo products as gifts as it's so easy.

Thank you.

Asuwere · 27/06/2022 16:00

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
Wall art, 8"x8" slim canvas
The range seems similar to other sites.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
I used a photo of my DC from my phone. It was kept for myself.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
It was fairly easy to use but would've been nice to see a preview of the actual project. I tested with other items too and there is no preview for anything but other sites do offer this and makes it easier to visualise to make sure photos are placed correctly.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
It was good.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?
No, not really. I have used other sites before and will continue to use other sites. If this was the first site I'd used, I think it would put me off

Also disappointed by the postage charges. I was going to add a few photo prints to my order but it added an additional £3 postage charge which seems excessive.

Thanks though.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I wanted to order a photo book but unfortunately was not able to compile it on my phone (was too tricky for me) so in the end ordered magnetic pics
happy with the range of products

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

my kids photos
its on my fridge

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

photobook was too tricky on a phone. Magnets were easy but not able to crop few pics so have limited choice of photos that can be used
ordering was super easy

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

magnets are good size but unfortunately they are packaged in a thin transparent sheet which is wrinkled. So over all look cheap. It is not like the sturdy ones u get from different attractions

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

No photo book creation was a nightmare for me

Reastie · 27/06/2022 19:16

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM?

I ordered 2 magnets and 2 coasters

What did you think of the range of products offered?

I looked at the gift items and there was an interesting range. I liked that there were different sizes of mugs and I’m not sure I’ve seen a photo blanket thing before!

What photos did you use for your photo product?

I used family photos - one magnet was of a picture that dd drew and was really proud of and the other magnet is of a happy memory and it’s up in my study noticeboard. The coasters were of the dc and they gave them to dh for Father’s Day.

Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

The magnets I kept but the coasters went to DH for Father’s Day. I was going to give one to my parents and one to dh but I couldn’t choose which one for dh!

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product?

I actually found it quite glitchy. It might have been bad luck, but I tried on 3 occasions to order from my iPad and once on my phone and every time I couldn’t take advantage of all of the options for creating my items so I didn’t get exactly what I wanted (but was happy with what I managed)

Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

uploading photos and ordering process was super easy, I just had some issues with creating the product itself.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

the quality of the physical coasters is very good - I’m very happy with this. One of the photos looks quite grainy, which was a bit disappointing, but otherwise I’m very happy.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

I may well be thinking of photo gifts for Christmas gifts- I think mil would love a photo magnet of her dog 🐶!

joleyn · 27/06/2022 19:38
  1. I ordered a poster print and a coaster. I was very pleased with both. I liked the range of products.
  2. I used a picture of a favourite place to walk for the print and a photo of the children for the coaster. The coaster was a father's day gift.
  3. I found the site very easy to use, I was able to do all of it on my phone and it was a very quick simple process.
  4. I was very pleased with the products I received. They came quickly and were good quality.
  5. I really like to use and print some of my pictures rather than just keeping them on my phone.
thisavrous · 27/06/2022 19:47

I ordered photo prints and one photo magnet.
There were so many products to choose from so the range and selection of products was great.
I used family photos, mainly from my boy's birthday last month.
I kept them for myself and my family.
The process was very easy and quickly, I only had to quickly cropped the pictures.
The delivery was very quickly. I received the products the next day and the quality was high, the photos were so beautiful.
I would definitely use this website in future to create gifts as my experience was wonderful.

Stej7 · 27/06/2022 20:10

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
I ordered photo prints in three different sizes and three 4x4 photo magnets. the range of products offered was fantastic. A great choice.
What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
I used photos of the family for the prints. I needed some new up to date photos to go in frames of different sizes around the house. I used recent photos of the children for the photo magnets. These were a gift for my parents.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

myFUJIFILM was very easy to use. I had no difficulties creating my photo magnets. I struggled with the photo prints more as the images that I wanted to upload were saved in different albums on my phone and iPad. Once all images had been uploaded the process was very easy.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

I was very impressed with the photo prints. The quality was great. I wasn’t impressed with the photo magnets. I thought these looked cheap and the cover over the prints made them difficult to see properly. These would look much better without a plastic covering and I would be prepared to pay more for a superior product. The speed of delivery was excellent.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

Definately. I was able to create and complete ordering the photo magnets in 5-10 minutes. There are many items on the website that are perfect gifts and I will definitely be creating more photo products to give as gifts in the future.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
I ordered photo prints. Wasn't particularly impressed with the range of products available - there was nothing I'd not seen before, and things I can get elsewhere that were missing.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
I used a selection of photos from recent months. It's possible that some will be used in gifts but really I should get them into an album.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
I found the process pretty frustrating. Firstly I couldn't work out where to get normal prints - calling them 'Not-So-Standard Photo Prints' confused me, I assumed that was if you wanted something different/complicated. Eventually I realised it was trying to say that their standard photo prints are something special. Then when I tried to add photos from the computer it felt very convoluted - I was dragging and dropping them, but every time I added one it asked where I wanted it, but then took me away from the drag and drop meaning I had to navigate back every time. I could have sorted out which photos I wanted into a separate folder on my computer and added them all at once, but I wanted to be able to add them as I came across them, with a window that could accept them sequentially rather than just all at once.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
Photos are absolutely fine.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?
It's reminded me that digital photos are pretty pointless if you never look at them and pushed me to do something with some of mine.

shoebedo434 · 27/06/2022 20:55

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
i ordered a standard photo book A5
the range was ok, i think they could provide more options
What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
i mainly used pictures of my children with a few of me and my husband too.
i wanted to print pictures from my phone to keep as a memento in case my phone photos ever got lost
How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
the first part was easy, picking the product and size. uploading the photos was also easy. i did struggle once the pictures were uploaded, i had to change the pictures around alot and edit them to fit. this bit was time consuming and awkward
What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
overall it is nice. i would have preferred to pick a front cover as it is just random photos and no intro or text (maybe i missed the option for this?)
Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?
yes, i would like to do more. just need to put the time aside to do it as it is not a quick activity

  • What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
Ordered a magic photo mug and magnet. The range of products was good.

  • What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
I used favourite pictures of our children. It was a gift for my husband (for Father’s Day) for his morning cup of tea.

  • How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
The process was unfortunately frustrating and cumbersome from a phone and I found it hard to adjust the photos the way I wanted. It took much longer than expected. It was ok once I got the hang of it.

  • What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
It was ok but not worth £18 RRP for the mug as it had imperfections on it - mark on my daughter’s face. :( the magnet was ok but not brilliant, it was sort of bent and wavy.

  • Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?
Not really. The overall outcome was good as I enjoy creating personalised items for family and friends- but I find did sites easier to use. Also probably will not order from myFUJIFILM as I was expecting better quality for the prices charged.

Emmax12 · 27/06/2022 21:01

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?
I ordered one mug and two notepads. I thought the product range was good, notepads and mugs are always popular gifts in my family and I was really tempted by the magnets too.

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?
I used photos of my children and family group photos, and gave them to my Mum as a just because gift.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?
I found it both easy and hard. I found it easy to upload the photos but then positioning them on the product I found hard - it wasn't very intuitive but after a short while I got the hang of it. I couldn't seem to zoom in on the photo though like I wanted, or crop it. Ordering was really simple.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?
I loved the products I received. I have ordered photo mugs before but this has been the best site I've used. Usually you have to either upload one photo that fits the mug sort of stretched across, or go with their set layout. I liked that you can choose how many photos you want to upload, but my favourite part was being able to choose from all the different backgrounds, I've never seen that before. Usually you just have to have a plain background but there were lots of fun colours and patterns and it was hard to choose which one. For the notepads, I also enjoyed having a background with that too. I would have liked it to have been clear which side was the front and back though as I just had to guess and assume. But they were high quality products and my Mum was really happy. The only other thing I didn't like was that they all came in separate parcels which I felt seemed a bit wasteful.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?
Absolutely, will definitely use them again for photo gifts as I found them easy to use (once I got started) and they came quickly, well packaged and high quality images.

What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I chose a wall canvas, I was happy with the choice of items

What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

We chose a photo of my father-in-law as a gift to my husband who sadly lost him this year to mental health.

How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

If I'm completely honest I found it quiet difficult! I couldn't find a way to zoom my picture exactly where I wanted it so in the end just left it as it was and had a border.

What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

We are happy with the product we received.

Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

I would yes, however I hope they sort the zoom issue out

Tiredmumno1 · 27/06/2022 21:07

• What photo product did you order using myFUJIFILM? What did you think of the range of products offered?

I ordered the slim 8 x 12 slim canvas and a photobook, I just payed extra. I think the range of products is limited, although I liked the chopping board idea.

• What photos did you use for your photo product? Did you give this as a gift or keep it for yourself?

I used photos of the family, and kept it for ourselves.

• How did you find the process of creating and ordering your photo product? Was myFUJIFILM easy to use?

I actually struggled a bit tbh, especially with the auto fill and cropping, by the end I was pretty stressed. Maybe fujifilm need to look into developing an app that's easy to use.

• What are your overall impressions of the product you received?

The canvas was ok even though it has an orange tinge to it, the colours do not look like the original. As for the photobook, well I have no idea as it was apparently shipped from The Netherlands on the 18th, and hasn't been updated since. Which is quite confusing considering others on here have received theirs.

• Has your experience of testing myFUJIFILM inspired you to create more photo products and gifts in the future?

If it was made easier to use and navigate then maybe, although it also depends on whether I receive my mysterious vanishing photobook, which I feel is an awfully long time to wait for a photobook if I am honest.
