TC is clearly suitably impressed by his fame

The car photos suggest to me that TC is flying through the heavens on his yellow sun-chariot :)

Basil looks unexpectedly suspicious of poor TC.

Planning to take the boat out after work (first time in ages). Uncovered the boat, five minutes later noticed the cover moving...

He then emerged, hissed at me and slapped my leg. No manners at all Grin

Nice bit of shade, @Grumpyoldpersonwithcats.

Fluffycloudland77 · 01/06/2021 19:24

I think the heat got to Mrs Grumpy. There is no other explanation for such a turnabout.

Sweetpea1532 · 01/06/2021 19:37

@Grumpyoldpersonwithcats
But of course...
he found the purrfect spot....as @AnneKipanki
has pointed out, TC needed a bit of shade and he's as quick as a tiger🐅
Good luck with the new job!

AlfonsoTheMango · 02/06/2021 09:26

You disturbed his summer palace, @Grumpyoldpersonwithcats. No wonder he was upset, poor darling.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 02/06/2021 09:35

Sybil is now investigating. Fairly sure TC isn't under there now Grin

Sybil's a fine and thorough Waterways Warden.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 02/06/2021 11:52

She's looking for her beau!

FricasseeTurnips · 02/06/2021 14:55

TC's just waiting to take Sybil for a ride.

Re the teleporting cat thread elsewhere.

DS just asked why TC was sitting on our staircase Shock

With apologies for the state of our stair carpet Grin

I'm less than impressed with TC currently for other reasons too.
We've seen him going into the boat under the cover fairly regularly. Having now got the boat out we've realised he's been pissing on the bimini cover that was inside. 🤮

OP posts:
YetAnotherSpartacus · 03/06/2021 12:31

Oh dear ... I'm on team TC for the first offence but even I am struggling to say anything other than 'naughty boy!' for the second.

CassandraCross · 03/06/2021 12:44

Hmm oh dear.

AlfonsoTheMango · 03/06/2021 12:45

Not cool, TC, not cool.

JoanOgden · 03/06/2021 12:50

This is wholesale territory invasion. I'm surprised Sybil and the crew actually let him enter the house Shock

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 03/06/2021 13:06

This is wholesale territory invasion

Agreed. He doesn't often get inside and we really don't know how he did today (possibly via an open kitchen window?). We think he had eaten our cats' food and also knocked over a bag of dried food on a shelf.

My cats were in and just studiously ignored him. (Hopeless buggers Grin)

OP posts:
YetAnotherSpartacus · 03/06/2021 13:17

Of course ... re the boat, it could be another cat that is pissing in there and TC is braving the stench to protect HMS Grumpy? [hopeful]

AnneKipanki · 03/06/2021 13:40

Any open window or door is an invitation.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 03/06/2021 13:57

Or, as TC interprets it, a summons.
