Is the no parking sign to stop people parking in front of it or in the parking bay, does parking stop people getting in and out of the parking bays.

I'm going to be a bit of a misery guts and suggest you don't escalate the sign decoration at this point. You got away with it free and clear first time, but every stealth outing increases the risk of discovery. Maybe others in the street will be inspired to follow the example, though, that would be excellent
