Mmmmm roast, dp made one last week his roast potatoes are the reason I'm with him. I just had some potatoe waffles for tea, all I could think of that was bland but not more toast, don't want to push my luck.

My back is killing me though too much wretching and laying on the sofa I think.

I've also watched so much the big bang theory the past two days I know it off by heart!

DD got up, got ready, left for school and texted five minutes later to say she felt sick and needed to come back . We've got a doctor's appointment this afternoon anyway for her sprained wrist so can get her checked out.

DW's at home with her today. Hopefully she'll mmake it in tomorrow.

Bit uncomfortable but a hot water bottle on it last night really helped, still feel a bit pathetic but I am an epic baby when it comes to being ill.

Hope she's ok soon. Dp is fretting ds and dd will catch whatever I've had and must have told them 365 times this morning to tell a teacher if they don't feel right, I was always under the impressing it was Mums who were clucky!

Don't tell me there's no higher power. I spent most of yesterday asking for anything to ease our way financially, as without this client we're not homeless, but pretty close.

Today? Got our PPI result and it is thousands. Not tens of thousands, but enough to pay off some bills and our overdraft and have bit left over.

And then? I got a new client. Not as big a client, but a client nonetheless.

I am much much better today, thank you!!!!!

How is everyone else?!?!

It never stops

DD fell and hurt her wrist in PE last week. Went to GP today cos it's still bugging her. Got to go to local hospital tomorrow for XRay to rule out greenstick fracture.

And a cheque bounced. Frantically phoned bank. 'No, you're in credit, we didn't do it.'

I need a hug. And a large bottle of brandy.

Baby Dreamy is piling on weight like crazy! He's the total opposite to Ds1, who has never been bothered about food. I love it - he's practically sucking the fat right out of me!

Rather pleased at the revelation that we can say a post makes someone sound like an arse, although when in threads I'm on and I saw that I had a small panic war had broken in the puddle!!!

AFM, other than feeling a touch pathetic I'm better, and I am now enjoying the lovely symptom of heartburn, spose I should be pleased I avoided it until now really! Have sent dp out for innocent apple juice and dairy milk. Will share when it arrives.
