Dd has a letter for her first school trip, she is SO excited. Rather short notice in that its next week she has to have a parent acompany her is that standard for school nursery? Ds never went he was in preschool instead and trips weren't coaches they were all driven by each family iyswim.

Well, I am the worlds worst mum!

Dh and I had sausages for dinner. I told ds i would save him one for his lunchbox tomorrow. Cue ds running round shouting about sausages for lunch.

So what do dh and me do? Eat all the bloody sausages!

I have just had to go to the shop, one sausage a-cooking under the grill!

state Ds didn't have any nursery trips that involved travel. they just walked to the park or shops with the teachers.

We used to be encouraged to help on nursery trips (though it wasn't a school nursery). I remember DW going to the library with them, coming back, sinking into a chair and whispering 'They all talked at once.'

I volunteered to look after the nursery website instead.

DD's going nowhere tomorrow . Temp of 39 and no appetite. She's meant to be going on her first residential a week today - at least this is happening now.

I'm pleased I can go with dd, I have issues with coaches, I know in an accident there is sweet FA I can do to make her safer but it calms my pfbdd-ness. We are off to Dinosaur adventure park, from what I gather there's massive dino statues hidden in a woodland walk, reptile centre, petting zoo and adventure play grounds.

Clients, Tee, grrr - although I had a meeting with one today and he showed me a program called Google Refine for tidying spreadsheets. I think it's going to change my working life. It made me very happy and I can't wait to play with it.

I'm avoiding my dcs, they're very resilient and rarely get ill but all the same, dp has taken over, good job really as I've no energy. Managed to get a half decent nights sleep. Dp is now out until 12pm though and I'm hungry but can't face walking downstairs I do have 4 malted milk biscuits in my bedside cabinet, not sure if that's an awful idea though?

Feeling a bit more human, had a bath ate toast and napped, now I'm just achey and weak and a bit hungry --and desperately want chocolate-- but anxious about eating too much.

I don't like tea or coffee it drives my dp insane! I live off water and occasionally juice. Don't like any fizzy drinks either, I am such a party animal.

State I don't drink hot drinks either. I can force down a hot chocolate but tea and coffee....bleugh!

Water is my drink of choice.

I'll have hot chocolate but it has to be a naice one, and I take an hour nursing it. Dp is a huge tea drinker, literally one after the other all day, I've no idea where he puts it!
