Oh lord those pics are to die for [swoons]

Meow is a cutey, she looks so like a kitten we had a few years ago. (i may be biased as all our cats are black or b&w!)

Pinot · 05/05/2011 12:54

Grin at Meow getting an inferiority complex!

Pinot - I did think of that but I'd cave before him Wink

To be fair it's not the best idea where we live, there is a pretty fast road just outside, we said we would never get a cat whilst we are here. Our deranged puddy had different ideas, just walked through the door one day at about 8m old and never left!

She is smart enough not to go near the road and must have already been used to it.

I am still very Envy when I look at the pics of your newest babies though. LOVE the new ones! Absolutely adorable. Well done on the weight gain and good luck with the KLW

Coming to this very late. Your cats are gorgeous. Me and DD are moving to the UK in August and will be looking for two kittens then. If you don't have plans for them, maybe I'll be applying for ownership. We only want two though.

bruffin · 05/05/2011 13:34

They are so cute! We adopted a cat in feb, who had just had kittens, your little black and white one looks just like her (picture on profile)

TheOriginalFAB · 05/05/2011 14:19

kreecher - Pinot is keeping the kittens and there are only 2 now as Rosie died Sad.

I actually Oh-ed out loud when I saw the top picture of Meow. Adorable.

My cat was waiting for me this morning and looks really well today. I am sat on the floor as she has the sofa HmmGrin.

Pinot · 05/05/2011 14:20

bruffin Rosie is gorgeous! Sadly, Meow and Gingers sister died at 5 days old - she was called Rosie too so I had a bit of a shiver when I saw your pic. She was just like Meow but without the beauty spot :(

kreecher These little kitties are a part of my family now so not even a million pounds strapped to a naked Ryan Reynolds would make me part with them. But if you could arrange for a naked RR to at least try then I'd be eternally grateful Grin

FAB I xposted - so pleased FabCat is doing well. What has she eaten today?

OP posts:
TheOriginalFAB · 05/05/2011 14:22

We had to give her normal food but with the powder and she has also eaten some biscuits. I am a happy mummy Grin.

Pinot · 05/05/2011 14:23

I am a happy Auntie :)

Oh my goodness me! Those kittens are so adorable!

TheOriginalFAB · 05/05/2011 14:31

Grin.

GrinGrin

Pinot · 05/05/2011 14:32

They're going to come stay with Auntie Fab when they start going through that awkward teenage phase Hmm Grin Haha!

Hope you won't be letting them stay out all night catting about Pinot

Grin
TheOriginalFAB · 05/05/2011 16:24

Oh no, when they come to me they will not be allowed out after dark or alone until they are 30 at least!

FabCat just licked the bowl completely clean when I gave her the juice from the tin of tuna.

Pinot · 05/05/2011 16:30

happymole I think our Ginger is going to rule the neighbourhood whereas little Meow seems so much quieter and shyer - I suspect she'll be purring on my lap to keep me warm in t'evenings

FAB I'm so chuffed at FabCat. She's a very clever kittie!

OP posts:
TheOriginalFAB · 05/05/2011 16:48

Clever - some times Grin

Naughty - a lot of the time HmmGrin.

CaveMum · 05/05/2011 21:44

They are looking so well!
I've been trying to dig out a photo of our Molly as a kitten. We have a photo of her aged 9 weeks sat on the palm of DH's hand. She has the most gigantic ears and a face full of whiskers- it's just about the cutest thing you've ever seen - Ginger and Meow excepted Grin

TapselteerieO · 05/05/2011 21:54

Wow, they look so big in the most recent pictures, and obviously very adorable as ever.

Yuck at the cleavage poo, the joys of kittens? I am glad you are getting slightly more sleep Pinot!

5inthebed · 05/05/2011 22:03

Adorable new photos! They are getting so big!

Jellykat · 06/05/2011 19:26

Just popping in for my kitty fix again, and to coo over lovely new photos.. especially after reading a thread in AIBU.

Pinot i could hug you Smile

Anything new to report?

Pinot · 06/05/2011 22:08

OMG Jelly that thread is just so heartbreaking. I didn't post on it - what on earth could I say? Just so wrong. Oh my days.

Right, Ginger and Meow both put on 25g today which is soooo good! They're doing a lot of walking now and I'm getting them on the carpet to practice without blankets tripping them up. Cue a tinkle or two on t'carpet but good old Vanish does the job :) They have also started to play fight which is a bit odd tbh as they're quite arsey with each other - Meow actually bit Gingers willy earlier and he squealed in a very high way! Poor love!

I've tried a bit of solid food but no interest yet other than walking through it

:)

Jellykat · 06/05/2011 23:29

We'll leave her to her conscience..God i'd go and get them, but what with my road, and crazy dog...

'Happy talk' now -Wow, that's an amazing weight gain, Grin at the play fighting, typical siblings!

It's not even 3 weeks yet is it? How's gingers patch?

Poor Pinot, haunted forever now by me 'the mad old cat lady', well i have been warning everyone for years Smile

Foxinthewoods · 07/05/2011 01:05

Lovely to see they are doing so well...have now bookmarked on my toolbar!
