Nah, Nutty is Jilly Cooper's Jen Teale personified.

She is Jen, her daughter is Gennifer and she has a dog called JennJenn. She is married to Bryan Teale if my memory serves me correctly. Her house is stuffed full of Glade airfresheners, pebbley shit and twigs and lace doileys are on every available surface.

She loves a bit of bri-nylon, so easy to care for and drip dry too!!! And pleats and swishes are so flattering after a certain age and distract people from the raging hot flushes.

Court shoes, usually faux leather as they keep their shine and require no cleaning. Jen Teale's shoes are never smelly as she always wears either tights or pop socks and pops a little lavender sachet in each shoe every night.

When she finds a pair of shoes she likes she buys them in every colour. She always uses shoe trees.

ds1 just described the handbag jumper as 'funny funny funny fun', so if their target market is slightly odd 4 year old boys then they've got it spot on.

I actually feel a bit sorry for Nutty... read the review of the biker jacket where she says her husband never likes her clothes.... erm, wonder why?
