I know what I would do.

  1. Buy a 5 bedroom house so we all get our own room, big garden so James could have a dog.
  1. Get private medical insurance so we never again have to await scans and results.
  1. Buy Shabs a villa in Faliraki.
  1. Throw a big party for all my lovely lovely mad mums on here.
  1. Treat myself to highlights.
  1. Buy bags and bags of M&S choccy nuts!

i love people who love getting stuff.offered some once to a colleague and she got really snippy and offended.she thought i was insinuating she was poor or summat

but recently gave a pg pal 3 black binbags of stuff and she was so appreciative.

love the idea of all the hardly worn stuff getting used and loved

Not sure if I told you Trips but Emma is on 90 days notice from the nursery she works at! It is local council run but they are loosing thousands of pounds a week. Kind of a knock on effect from so many people loosing their jobs and not needing the nursery.

They were both panick stricken about money etc etc. She applied for a job at the nursery that Dan and Matt used to go to. Out of about 100 applicants she got the job!!! She will probably start there in July - only difference is that it will be afternoons and Danny will save about £30 per week on petrol because he wont have to drive 20 miles a day out of his work journey.

....and Ems must be feeling much better because the new nursery are willing to put her through college to become a health visitor AND she wants to learn to drive. Ce sera sera whatever will be will be????? Something that seemed like the end of the world for them has had a massive silver lining.

life is good and all WILL be well xx

Awwwww I am on facebook talking to my friend Lindas son. My dear friend who died 5 years ago. For the first time ever he is talking about all the happy memories from our holiday in Majorca. He is a scallywagg, a breaker of hearts, a little sod, but also a 29 year old man - it makes my heart sing that he wants to talk about his Mam xx

shabster · 02/06/2009 05:39

HULLO!!!!!

Life is too, too busy and I miss you girls like mad. I'm running between houses trying to co-ordinate plumbers, electricians etc, have school concerts, summer fair, music exam, granny been taken into hospital, mum & dad away with other granny, brother had knee op, MIL due her op this week, DP away all day, every day, the list goes on. I am whacked. Truly whacked. Got to take DT1 to meet her teacher this afternoon (DT1 was yesterday) so must fly again.

Shabs, one??? You clearly have your sums wrong. There is no way 12 months have passed So pleased for Em and a health visitor!!!! She already has a wealth of experience to make her a sensitive HV so I wish her well in all of it.

Ruby, some time I must chat with you about age differences and children. I haven't ruled out trying for baby 4 but it has to work for everyone, not just me, and there is a lot to take into account. One of the things is age difference. Anyway, next lifetime when we get time..........

Trips, no parcel sorry hen, don't know where it is. And I have a truly reliable and adorable postman who knows me well and it would have been safe with him.......

Talking of adorable males....wish you could have seen my Tesco delivery man yesterday!!!! Oh wow! Smile that went from Edinburgh to Plymouth, deep brown eyes, dark hair, he brought everything right into the kitchen and smiled, and smiled and smiled

Momma, I could possibly send you a Clinique lipstick.....I think I have one lurking in a toilet bag. Got it for Christmas but I don't wear lipstick, just gloss or mainly Vaseline! Girls, shall we start a swap shop? I'd like interesting vinyl. Thats records not clothes

Who is lurking? Come out, come out.

triplets · 02/06/2009 14:19
