I know what I would do.

  1. Buy a 5 bedroom house so we all get our own room, big garden so James could have a dog.
  1. Get private medical insurance so we never again have to await scans and results.
  1. Buy Shabs a villa in Faliraki.
  1. Throw a big party for all my lovely lovely mad mums on here.
  1. Treat myself to highlights.
  1. Buy bags and bags of M&S choccy nuts!

Morning everyone, another soggy, snuggly day her in Blighty. DTs being very chatty and not sleepy upstairs so I thought I'd run away and ignore them.

Yesterday I had to remove the cot bumpers as they were sitting on them and using them as swings while giggling manically! It was all fine until DD got stuck on the wrong side of it and wedged her leg in the cot bar.

DH works in a private consultancy and they are looking at cost cutting measures from decreasing hours, encouraging sabbaticals to the potential of reduncy. Bugger. Had a chat this am about increasing my working hours and I had to patiently explain that increasing my hours is not necessarily a solution as if the DTs have to go to nursery instead of childminder, I would take home about £10 more per day. I'm not bluddy working to pay for someone else to look after my children.

Crikey you're brave! I don't think I've had a game of monopoly without tears or or a huff - and that was from me! Maybe if I hadn't always let my brother be banker...

Remember the lady who is expecting twins and is married to the Heartbeat actor????? I cant remember her piggin' MN nickname. They are being interviewed on This Morning - right now. She is very posh - just like me!! They are a very good looking couple. She has about 9 weeks to go with her twins....

shabster · 28/05/2009 10:56

Her nickname on here was something very German sounding (I think) will try and link the interview when it is put on the itv website. A pink one and a blue one!! Felix and Velvet Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. It was weird seeing someone on tv that you 'MN know!.'

shabster · 28/05/2009 11:01
