Morning everyone, another soggy, snuggly day her in Blighty. DTs being very chatty and not sleepy upstairs so I thought I'd run away and ignore them.
Yesterday I had to remove the cot bumpers as they were sitting on them and using them as swings while giggling manically! It was all fine until DD got stuck on the wrong side of it and wedged her leg in the cot bar.
DH works in a private consultancy and they are looking at cost cutting measures from decreasing hours, encouraging sabbaticals to the potential of reduncy. Bugger. Had a chat this am about increasing my working hours and I had to patiently explain that increasing my hours is not necessarily a solution as if the DTs have to go to nursery instead of childminder, I would take home about £10 more per day. I'm not bluddy working to pay for someone else to look after my children.
