I know there was no time and I feel all weighed down with the responsibility of it all, but here we are ladies, a new home...

Life is bonkers atm!!!! Really bonkers!

Anyway, I'm well, how is everyone?

MERLYPUSS · 25/03/2009 20:30

I'm here. (took me 3 attempts to write that as caps lock keeps sticking)
Mothers day was shite for me. We have cancelled til next w/end. Thomas has bronchilitis. Fri night he was wheezing so badly that he sounded like a 60 a day smoker running up hill. We had been to doc earlier in the day and he said to phone if no better. Phoned and he said take to hospital for nebulizer and drugs. Phone sister to Isaac sit and waited for 1/2 hour to see if any better before going to pick her up. By the time we were back OH had moved him down stairs and both were snoring/wheezing on the sofa. As he was sleeping (albeit still sounded dreadful) I took sis home. Me and him 'slept' propped up on the sofa that night. Sat night he was awake coughing from 8 til 12.30 where he finally fell asleep exhausted and Isaac picked up the baton and ran with it screaching like he was being skinned until 4.30. OH again took him on the sofa where he gave in at 5.30. No idea why he was upset other than he did the biggest poo in living history on monday (TMI?)
BUT, I am glad everyone else had a good time. Next week I will request cake.

MERLYPUSS · 25/03/2009 20:33

Meant to add that in the grand scheme of things it Thomas was fit and healthy compared to what some of you DCs have to go through but I was still worried and am kinda glad we have had a trial run and tried out sis for sitting duties.

frumpygrumpy · 25/03/2009 22:53

Merly you poor soul! Are they both better? Are you having to take time off? Hope you get some sleep and a Happy Mother's Day when it comes. You know they were just putting you through your paces so you would truly feel the benefit don't you? When it comes I wish you feet up, telly on, snoozing for hours and flowers

I am angry with DP. He made me eat an Indian takeaway and now I'm in pain. It was too rich, too late and too much. I forgot to take stuff out the freezer and so instead of nipping out for something and him offering to cook FOR A CHANGE we had takeaway. Its not good. And I am so sleepy. Life is bonkers, bonkers, bonkers. You wouldn't believe it......

Anyway, sleep long, tight and peaceful everyone xxxxxx.

shabster · 25/03/2009 22:54

Night girls xx

frumpygrumpy · 25/03/2009 22:56
