Doris's DTs are even more adorable now they're bigger. The DTs were all really lovely together, (just DS1 being a bit of a bully) so we really should have a SW meet up with DCs in tow.

I may even have roped Doris into coming along to DS1's party on the 9th so TripEm you can hopefully get to meet her too.

Momma, any chance you can make it?

Momma - the address details are on the Face Book invite I sent out, let me know if you didn't get it. If you need a lift, Doris has offered, or DH could pick you up, just let me know. There's loads of play equipment outside so if you bring DS1 he may want some wellies/messy clothes depending on weather.

oooggs · 29/01/2008 12:41

pixi I thought that invite was for somewhere in London

piximon · 29/01/2008 12:47

nope Oooggs address is for the farm I'm on at the moment near Exeter. If you think you could make it, you'd be more than welcome.

Chopster · 29/01/2008 12:52

too far for me

piximon · 29/01/2008 12:53

If weather is crap I'm hoping to have use of the playroom for the party, haven't been in there yet, but I think they have a pool table etc for the dads bigger DCs to use and I have loads for the smaller ones. Mars, really wish you didn't have so much on at the mo.

oooggs · 29/01/2008 12:54

I should read things more carefully!!!!!!!

about an hour up the road then....... will consult dh

piximon · 29/01/2008 12:57

Oh Chops , I'd really love to meet you. DH drove to Maidenhead from here one morning and it took him about 6hrs so it is too far unless you were staying over (I do have a vacant single bed)

Chopster · 29/01/2008 13:01

6 hours!

you should come to the birmingham meet up then!

piximon · 29/01/2008 13:04

new baby will only be about 6wks old, not so bad if it was a DCs meet up, but will cramp everyone's drinking style, esp as some places don't even allow babies.

MarsLady · 29/01/2008 13:04

Me too Pixi. I have a calm May and August though.

Right now I need to run out the door (which after my 2 hour power walk this morning appeals less and less)as I have some clients to see. Then I need to dash home make a cake for my antenatal class, then a long glass of wine and back here!

Erm I'm not on the MN pages, just out there on my tod, MFG. DTLDTK don't you think they can just un-learn sleeping? This happened round ours recently, but last night they suddenly went through again, only I was wide awake at 3.00 am, missing my usual early morning wake-up call. But then the girl not only slept through, but slept till 8 am. She likes a lie in, shes a one year old teenager. I swear she has hormones already.

HarrogateMum · 29/01/2008 13:52

Accordiongirl - I added you I think? Obviously you have to agree to be my fwend!!

Egg · 29/01/2008 16:34

Hi ladies. So long since I posted it's a new thread and I am number 69 on it or something similar . Been managing to keep up with the Feb thread but you lot TALK TOO MUCH!

Pixi I soooooooooooooooo want to come to the party, DS1 would love it (have just spent ages in garden playing with dirt) but think it would be a leetle bit tricky with tiny DTs. How lovely to have a mutiples meet up though, it will be so much fun .

All my babies are doing well. Got weighed today and DD is now 5lb 6 and DS is 6lb 8. They have gained a LOT in the last week as had both lost a bit. Managed to do the nursery run twice yesterday on my own, with Powertwin that is a dream to push (well ok, a bit harder to push with 2 stone DS1 in the front seat and DS2 strapped to me, but a dream with only DTs in it).

So I have no idea what has been happening over here. I hope everyone is well and only good things have been happening. Will try to have a read and catch up but at least this will now be on my threads again so I wont lose you all.

BibiThree · 29/01/2008 17:26

Egg,

Gorgeous dts, just spied them on your profile. Booootiful!

estar · 29/01/2008 17:45

No time to catch up - last night I took DS1 to A&E with chesty breathing yet again. This time they kept him in overnight and we've just come home now! At last, they've diagnosed asthma, which we've suspected for ages, so we finally have all the medication and stuff we need.

About to have a quick McDonalds tea, then I need to catch some ZZZZs - only had 3 hours last night so any minute now I'm going to get a headache and then start crying about something really trivial.

'Night!

MarsLady · 29/01/2008 18:04

Don't worry if it takes ages for me to add you to FB. I'm not often there. Between here, study, babies, the wee weapons and my other children, salsa....well not much time really!
