Good news! James passed his driving test today........was soooo happy for him then wanted to cry my eyes out. Matthew always wanted to drive, such mixed emotions, never though I would see a day like today. Then dh went for his blood test to check for cancer and it is all clear! So today was a good day! xx

shabbs · 17/05/2016 12:08

Trips sounds like it was an excellent day. Well done James and good to hear great news about H. xxxx

Know what you mean about wanting to cry xxx

Gareth would have passed first time with flying colours. He was a serious little baby, with the 'quickest' temper ever lol. Tiny little scrap with a ready smile but who let you know right away if he wasn't happy!!

Matt??? lol - he wouldn't have cared less if he could drive or not - he would, more likely have got himself a girlfriend who drove!!! He used to say 'which one is me wight and which one is me weft??' ha ha ha ha ha - miss you my crazy love xxx

Tom doesn't seem to be very interested at all in driving but I suppose he could change his mind.

Its the cost of it Shabs, don`t know how much they charge up your way but its £45 for a 2 hour lesson. The test was £62 + £65 for the instructors time. Now he needs a job to keep his car on the road!

Minisoksmakehardwork · 23/05/2016 11:21

Congrats on passing the driving test for James. What does this mean for his baby career now trips? Or is it a case of out and that's it? Wasn't this his second time too?

Good news on the blood test too. Hope onwards and upwards continues.

Shabs. Much love to you too. It can't be easy always wondering 'what would they be doing now' but you come across so full of life and your boys sound like they are so much like you.

Merlin the mischievous has well and truly settled in here. Joshua has been told off for picking him up by his tail twice Shock and Jennifer for throwing him! In her defence, she was trying to help by removing him from the kitchen. She just didn't know the difference between him leaping from our arms and being thrown.

The twins are such little characters at the moment. Joshua is the serious one. Jennifer is the one who leads him into naughty ways, well, most of the time. Joshua isn't always entirely blameless - as the water all over the bathroom floor will attest. He had gone down, got the old hose for the vacuum cleaner and was playing with it between the sink and the bath...

Jen does gymnastics now. She absolutely loves it and asks all the time to prance around in her "leotardo". When she starts school she will have to change groups but that's a way off yet

Rubester, get your derriere back here * Girls we need a proper reunion...........do you realise how long this thread has been going ? 20th November 2014!!! Shocking, we used to romp through threads.........even Mama is on this thread!! Rubester hope its nothing serious, guess what I found the other day? My Triplets badge you made me, remember? So how is everyone else? Got my soldier boy home for a week, next Sunday he starts his new life in Germany with the Army :( He passed out of Catterick phase 2 training last Frid. We have spent a fortune this year up and down the motorway, it took us 7 hours to get home this time, traffic was a nightmare. But he`s worth it. Dk is still driving me nuts..........he cant help some of it but grrrrrrrr! Got to take James and Rebecca up to London on Weds for their final check up with the cardiologist, he has been so reassuring and kind. We agreed to them being checked until they are 18...........Rebecca doesn't like going but I hope she understands. We need a letter off of Prof Sharma to get to the Navy doctor who failed James on his medical because she says he is under cardiac investigation....he is not, just been screened. Nothing much else to report.........anyone watching The Tunnel? That was Deal pier they were on this week! I am totally lost on the plot, in fact I have lost the plot!! Oh well..............will go and lay the trolley for b/fast..........and give the shag pile a quick shake........touch of Febreeze wouldn't go amiss either!
