JT - I had been wondering about this.
Shock that all someone has to do is flee the company to jump prosecution! Shock that they didn't pursue him automatically - but waited for your say-so. But this is a different system, I suppose.

Enormously to the discredit of the other country that they closed the file because he left, that is a disgrace.
Have wondered often if you ever secured a conviction JT, I really hope they do manage it for you. XXX
