Found odd entry on credit card statement

Hi
I found a credit card entry for £88.94 on hubby's statement. Instead of a shop/company name it simply states "2907fe91-66a2-47bb-9f7"

Any ideas.

Just follow the clues.

Has he pumped anything up lately?

rainydays03 · 01/03/2024 12:32

If you’re doubting the tyres why don’t you ask to see the email transaction of the purchase and cross reference the price?

LiquoriceAllsorts2 · 01/03/2024 12:38

Given the irregular amount an overseas transaction makes sense as it was probably initially in euros.
sometimes from small retailers you don’t get the shop name and just a reference or something relating to the payment company that they use.
maybe a different type of tyre to what he got in uk or it was cheaper etc.

if he got tyres from Italy and that’s what it cost and there isn’t another transaction for them then it makes sense

🤯eh?
they’re married…a lot of married people have joint finances and that includes having a credit card each but they then jointly review and assess seeds, saves etc together

it’s not in least bit unusual…

Having 2 threads on an internet forum over one transaction is though.

I'm married and don't have joined finances. Going over husbands statements would be a bit weird for me unless I didn't trust him with something.

HauntedBungalow · 01/03/2024 13:17

I reckon he bought some new tyres for his bike OP.

Well either that or he is gradually constructing a giant Italian rubber lady. Have you seen inside the shed recently?

Sidebeforeself · 01/03/2024 13:59

I’m tired of all this now…boom boom

Especially as OP has left the tread...

HauntedBungalow · 01/03/2024 14:06

That's a wheely harsh thing to say! Not everyone wants to be saddled with a giant rubber Italian lady!

TeaGinandFags · 01/03/2024 14:10

Could it be these guys?

May well be legit. Has he mysteriously acquired new, possibly expensive, tyres that you don't know about? Search the shed. Ask the company. They will be able to confirm what they sent to hubby. Italians will not be put off by your enquiry as they understand how the heart can be troubled.

kitsuneghost · 01/03/2024 14:19

I am pretty sure that's an only Fans code

BobbyBiscuits · 01/03/2024 14:33

Is it because you think it relates to porn/ sex workers etc? Does he have form with 'hiding' this type of thing from you? Difficult if you go through each others statements together I'd imagine.
It does say something about a firm in Italy, but could it be some pervy website?
Has he definitely received a delivery of tyres direct from Italy?
If so then it's that. If not then it either hacking or maybe porn related. Or just something else innocent he bought and forgot about.

coldcallerbaiter · 01/03/2024 14:37

She has 2 threads? About the same issue? Ma che cazzo does she want us to tell her?

Elber · 01/03/2024 15:05

Or OnlyRads?

Hoxite274764 · 01/03/2024 15:30

It seems the OP has disappeared. Maybe she has buggered off to Italy to check out the business address to make sure he isn't cheating on her with some Italian woman 😂

Teamarugula · 01/03/2024 15:43

Watchkeys · 01/03/2024 09:08

He's presented her with an invoice though. It was his statement, and he was sure of what the payment was, and has the paperwork. If he'd have said 'Oh, I'm not sure what that is, it must have been when I bought some tyres', that's very different, but he had the paperwork. He told her something he was sure of. She didn't believe him. He had to provide paperwork.

But that is what she says he said? He thought it was probably tyres from Italy not that he was sure it was. It makes sense to check it was that by seeing if it’s the same amount on the paperwork.

She’s disappear because she posted a specific technical question in money matters and people started mocking her relationship and seeing things that aren’t in her posts, can you blame her?

Edited

She was also extremely rude to another poster. Totally uncalled for.

HectorPlasm · 01/03/2024 15:49

May be it was a treat for himself? Perhaps he had a good year?

I can't get a handlebar on this thread.

OnlyFans. No doubt about it. LTB.

penjil · 01/03/2024 20:48

ParrotPirouette · 01/03/2024 10:36

I know what that code it, it is a webform code used by a company called GOSS who host websites for councils.
It will be a receipt for a payment to the local authority for a garden bin, parking fine, maybe even council tax or a licence.

But the OP's credit card statement has Brescia ITA afterwards.

So something from Brescia, Italy.
Not a local council.

No it doesn’t
@atalost says “Instead of a shop/company name it simply states "2907fe91-66a2-47bb-9f7"
the Italy bit was from Google, that’s just a coincidence.
I sure I’m right.
