What do they ask in the AI interview?

I’ve been looking into Mercor and it seems they’re using the interview process to harvest data on interviews?

I wish I never said anything now. Everybody is trying to piss on my parade. All I was trying to do was provide a new link that could be valuable to some as it has been for me. Apply, or don’t apply! Im not fussed. This is one of the very best AI sites out there. Data harvesting looooool nearly every app, website, socials that most of us use are data harvesting. And now you’re wary of this? Lord help me. I’m going to delete my posts and continue as I was. No wonder nobody posts these days on here.

Has prolific really dried up for anyone else? I’ve not had a survey in weeks!

I seem to have been rotated out of ‘those’ good studies and the browser extension is broken so my prolific income has nose dived.

It took a nosedive over the summer as usual but have had quite a few surveys again recently including a one hour discussion for £17. It's still my preferred survey site.

Random question. Does anyone doing this sort of work claim UC? My circumstances have changed due to no fault of my own, and I need to see if I can claim UC. I have to provide lots and lots of evidence of the work I do, but these sorts of platforms don't really give a lot of documentation for the workers. I have been working with DA exclusively for a few years now but all I have really are the PayPal transactions, and my Self Assessment. I guess I could print out my profile that has my details but there is no information about pay or anything. I have also worked for Potato, Ap and Telus in the past, so perhaps I could dig around and see if I have any contracts in my emails, but these are a little old now.

I feel like they are going to make me find another job just because, but this one is a good one because it's very flexible and the pay is really good. :(

Is anyone doing the 'AI Videos - Evaluation' studies on Prolific? I'm swamped with them at the moment (90 currently available!)

I’ve just looked and I’ve got 90 too but they are all desktop and I only use my phone or iPad. Are they are good?

I have done dozens of the 'AI Videos - Evaluation' and 'AI Images - Evaluation' studies over the past three months, but haven't seen any this week. Maybe they are fed up of my responses? I have found that when I get loads in my Prolific Feed, the number drops drastically once I do one of them.

I haven't done any either, I normally just do the very short studies while I'm running something at work. These would take a bit more effort, so I was wondering if people recommended doing them

Yes, they are straightforward. Given a description compare two short videos, and say which fulfils the brief better. Sometimes with sound, sometimes just the sounds, no pictures. And other variations on this. Study stops giving new questions and finishes automatically after 15 minutes. I would continue doing them if they appeared again.

I have tons of them too but my screen resolution is the wrong one and I don't know how to fix it. Shame because I would love to do them!
