@RockaLock early evening you say? I'm still in the running then!

RockaLock · 30/09/2022 17:37

I tend to accept I've not won £1m when it gets to around 8pm.

RoachTheHorse · 30/09/2022 17:40

Calling in person is so old fashioned. I love it! It's like having proper manners.

"Hello ma'am. I'm here to inform you that you are the beneficiary of the £1,000,000 premium bond prize pot."

I've just had sainsburys. He didn't have manners!

Nadal · 30/09/2022 20:34

I always read it's the day before the first working day of the month. Is there still Hope?

cherrytreelanecherries · 30/09/2022 22:55

I put a few thousand into premium bonds recently, I don’t think they count for October’s draw but I’m excited to see what happens in November!

I already had £500 and have won the odd £25 over the years but nothing more exciting than that. Maybe the knock at the door came today when I was at work…

SpaghettiSquash · 01/10/2022 04:10

No high value prize for me this month. Hoping for at least £25 as it's been a few months since I had a win.

FiveShelties · 01/10/2022 04:50

@SpaghettiSquash are the high value prizes out?

SpaghettiSquash · 01/10/2022 04:51

Yes www.nsandi.com/prize-checker/winners

That's Septembers list. The October one will be published on the 3rd.

SpaghettiSquash · 01/10/2022 05:10

@RubbishDay 🤦‍♀️ And that is why I shouldn't be trying to do things at 5 o'clock in the morning 😜

On the winners list £1000 on a £300 holding from 2004. How cool!

CornishTiger · 01/10/2022 08:06

And a couple of 10k on a £150 and £700 holding. I live in hope!

Is that Octobers list?

CornishTiger · 01/10/2022 08:20

ah no Septembers. Sorry!

Carpediem15 · 01/10/2022 08:34

A friend of a friend won the million in the first draw he was in - many years ago.

Darcy101 · 01/10/2022 09:07

They’ve almost doubled the amount of big prizes from October this Premium Bond news

YourUserNameMustBeAtLeast3Characters · 01/10/2022 09:11

I’m excited for this one, DH passed some money to me to look after until we can pay it off the mortgage, and I put PBs.

I bet he wins something with beginners luck.

Thanks for the info on the new prizes. I see there’s a tiny increase in the chance of winning something, but we’re slightly more likely to win a bigger amount than £25 for each prize we get.

BigOldGalaxy · 01/10/2022 09:13

My parents bought DC a £50 premium bond. I'm not even sure what they are but they were excited about it?

Should I get another one and does it matter how much your purchase?

The 2 millionaires will be informed on Sunday won't they? Then high value list published Monday, low value on Tuesday? So still a chance it could be me 🤞

Igmum · 01/10/2022 13:01

Good luck everyone. I'm totally excited about this and keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

MagdaMok · 01/10/2022 13:13

I am so excited 😄 put 150£ in PB two months ago and already won 25£ so good start for me
