@Buster27

Anyone working on che* on appen? Just passed the test, seems similar to ec** (which I got accepted on ages ago but have never received access to the tool .. not sure if this will just be the same!).
I passed the test earlier too. Went on an hour or so ago to have a look and it seems like I need to wait for notification of an account (started with B) before I can start? Not sure though - the email made it sound like I could start so who knows. Will look again tomorrow. I'd also be interested to hear from anyone on the Ch* project Smile
Tattiespuds · 30/10/2020 21:25

@furryous Yeh I didn't count any I selected unsure for. There was only maybe 2 or 3 anyway. I'll see how it looks tomorrow. But I am a smidge confused.

ElectricEels · 30/10/2020 22:22

@Tattiespuds they are about 3p an item so if you have done 100 then £3 is about right. Does the breakdown at the bottom show the work for both days you did? Or just the day you did 100? If not I would wait until Monday and then email them. It always comes right in the end in my experience though.

I can do between 300 and 400 an hour depending on if I'm in monitoring or mod2 which works out between £9 and £12 per hour.

Tattiespuds · 31/10/2020 00:11

I didn't realise there is a daily breakdown. It is only showing 1 day, when I did 2. I'll email on Monday if it hasn't appeared by then. It's saying only 70 items and pay of £3.04 - alot of it was surges though. I know i did over 100 reviews. (after a while I kept a tally to see how I was doing and that was 102 and I did some prior to this. Didn't tally any unsures).
I'm probably being impatient since it did say it can take up to 7 business days to get access to the dashboard it might just not all be there yet. Maybe I need a hobby Grin

ElectricEels · 31/10/2020 05:14

@Tattiespuds check the missing value items column too. They aren't included in your total but you will her paid for them.

MrsWombat · 31/10/2020 06:49

@peabrainer Flipping nora, well done! I'm over the moon if I get over £2.20 for 15 mins. Grin I get very distracted though which doesn't help. Blush

lannister · 31/10/2020 08:49

Oh my days @ElectricEels how do you do 400 in an hour? That's amazing!

lannister · 31/10/2020 08:50

Those on project N, do you often get errors on the mobile tool? I find it so frustrating

lynsey91 · 31/10/2020 08:58

@Tattiespuds are you sending an email about any items you mark "unsure"? I have been although I don't have many but not sure if I need to carry on doing so

Buster27 · 31/10/2020 09:02

@Tattiespuds the dashboard set up has changed since I started, but when I started the work you did before you had access to the dashboard never showed up on it. You still got paid for it but it never showed in the totals. Could be different with the new dashboard though.

@TeddyDidIt Hopefully we will get some work from it!

@lannister I've never gotten it to work on mobile (been doing it about 2 months), have only done it on desktop!

Gatekeeper · 31/10/2020 09:06

@lannister I could never get N to work on my mobile...had to do it all on pc

ElectricEels · 31/10/2020 09:20

@lannister monitoring is very quick as there as less options in the tree. I read very quickly too.

Tattiespuds · 31/10/2020 09:25

@ElectricEels there is 0 in the missing value column.

@Buster27 hopefully that is the case, I suppose as its the end the month I will bide my time as long as what I do now shows then worse case scenario I can write of those few lbs if i don't get paid.

@lynsey91 I didn't email them over, but the other day when it came up on slack there was an issue with lots of items not loading the treat and the SM said if its not clear with the context to mark as unsure which is what I did for a couple.

TeddyDidIt · 31/10/2020 09:30

@Buster27 I got an email overnight with a couple more steps that also said access to the tool was likely to take at least 1-2 weeks. Nice to have an indication so there's no point thinking about it for a little while

lannister · 31/10/2020 09:35

@Buster27 & @Gatekeeper it works on mobile sometimes but often its always error & am constantly refreshing. Wanted to go back to pc but I thought I read somwhere that once on mobile you have to stat there?

lannister · 31/10/2020 09:36

@ElectricEels thanks for the tip will concentrate on that one & see how I do

ElectricEels · 31/10/2020 10:29

That said I'm happy to be getting back to shifts as I do find it a slog!

lynsey91 · 31/10/2020 11:11

@Tattiespuds ok thanks. It's just that when I started I was told if I was unsure of any I should email with the item number and say why I was uncertain and what I thought the issue was.

I found that useful at the start as they would get back to me with what, if any, the risk was and why.

I had 2 yesterday I just couldn't decide on so just marked them both unsure and did not send an email. I just don't want to get into trouble for not doing so

Tattiespuds · 31/10/2020 19:34

@lynsey91 I might still get my telling off. I just assumed that because it was on slack i didn't need to. I guess time will tell. It's all a learning curve.

Tattiespuds · 31/10/2020 19:41

@lynsey91 I take that back, I've just opened slack and there was a reminder on there about email unsures, to get feedback. whoops.
