Don't worry about it at all Gacha. You've done amazingly well for you children and yourself in the last year. I absolutely understand how difficult finding work that works around children is, and to be let down by something you had come to rely on is gutting.

Just a quick accountability check in from me as I'm letting things tail off and it's not good enough. Since my last post on 10 Sept:

Prolific £25 - not many surveys coming up so maybe I'm not a popular demographic
Neevo £3 - only completed a handful of each task as wanted to make sure I was getting it right before giving too much time, hope to increase going forward
Intellizoom - nothing coming up for me
Appen - started the daily survey task this week; qualified for S*** but not getting my hopes up as see in these threads that some people were never progressed to the activated stage
20cogs - halfway completed
Scratchcards - £9

Have just signed up to People for Research and applied for a few jobs after seeing it mentioned on here so thanks to who ever that was

Due to finish an online course this month so can then dedicate all spare time to working towards £10 per day

Is anyone else set to work on appen's m*yer project? I can't tell if it's a one off (10 tasks) or would be 10 tasks a day / week? As might do it if it's a regular thing but if it's a one time thing it would only be a fiver or so as a one off payment I think. Any help appreciated.

@seizethecuttlefish yes also finding Potato much quieter atm and fewer surges. Wonder if it's because they have taken on lots of newbies. I can also only manage 15 min stints before I start making mistakes so have to take lots of breaks

Potato has been rubbish for me this month too, barely made anything as always seems quiet and been hardly any surges :(

I sent my doc for I'd verification for crisp just waiting on confirmation and then access to the training... Does this seem legit?

Urgh when will Appn let me start on a project. I failed the c@bl3 test. Nothing is coming through on the projects I was accepted for. Feeling fed up with this waiting and I’m feeling they will never actually give me any work at all.

I wonder if it would be a good idea to get a second hand iPhone or something for Ap tasks? I keep seeing really good ones out there but they're only for iOS. 🤔 Maybe clutching at straws here because it feels like work has dried up again. 😅

@YonderTweek I got a 2nd hand iphone for Appen about a year ago but so far I have applied for lots that need it and got none. Been told I got on some and then don;t get logins, ask for them and am told the project is full and I am on a waiting list. Been a waste of money for me so far sadly.

@anxiouswaiting Thanks! I thought that might happen. I have been invited to a few things too and after the initial excitement I have been disappointed to not receive any further messages. I suppose I could still apply and if invited I could panic buy a cheap iPhone? I'll give it some thought.
