My earnings for October are pitiful. Had hoped to put something aside for the dc for Christmas Hmm. The two appen projects I am on have had no work so far this month. Neevo is very quiet. I spent hours on UHRS on Clickworker yesterday and managed a grand total of 2 euros. By the time you've clicked on them and read the guidelines and taken the preview and then the test and if you're lucky enough to pass one, you then get booted off for a cooling off period due to low accuracy rates. I find it a dead loss quite honestly.

@GachaBread @YonderTweek @Catatemyhomework
This is the main pitfall of doing this sort of work, nothing is guaranteed and things can change almost overnight! I remember a couple of years back you could make £50 -£100 a month just passively playing videos on Swagbucks, I don't think I even manage a fiver now.

0htooooodles · 21/10/2020 12:04

Yeah, I'm struggling this month. Appen are late to release b@ne and W*urie so I'm already behind. I'm finding it difficult to get motivated to do crisp too. Really frustrated with myself 😭

Adelais · 21/10/2020 13:20

Have any potato people been paid this month yet?

0htooooodles · 21/10/2020 14:04

@Adelais nope, still waiting

TheSeedsOfADream · 21/10/2020 14:15

I was paid for Potato on Monday.

Catatemyhomework · 21/10/2020 15:30

Lots of listening jobs on Clickworker for 5p each.

Frenchdoors1 · 21/10/2020 16:04

@Catatemyhomework
Yeah, I saw those but they won't load Hmm

Frenchdoors1 · 21/10/2020 16:07

I expect they aren't loading for a lot of people because there are still lots left.

Catatemyhomework · 21/10/2020 16:19

@Frenchdoors1, that's a shame. I've been doing them for a couple of hours now and still on first batch. On about 15 euros now! Falling asleep with the monotony of the voices though! 😴

Frenchdoors1 · 21/10/2020 16:22

@Catatemyhomework
Yes, they do get a bit mind-numbing after a while hehe.
Glad you're on anyway Smile

Catatemyhomework · 21/10/2020 16:27

@Frenchdoors1, you could message Clickworker as there might be a problem with the system maybe? I've had things not load for me too on Clickworker, but the jobs have always been short lived so I've not bothered. Might be worth a try though. 😊

Frenchdoors1 · 21/10/2020 16:31

@Catatemyhomework
Thanks I may just do that Smile

littlegem84 · 21/10/2020 17:14

Anyone had the issue of not being able to confirm a selection on non-paying stories for Streetbees? I'm trying to build up my profile but for some reason since yesterday haven't been able to hit select.

Dimsummummy · 21/10/2020 17:32

Still not been paid for potato but I opt for bank transfer and it’s not a huge invoice for me this month, so maybe why (although it was 23rd last month too). I always sent invoice as soon as get statement too...

YonderTweek · 21/10/2020 20:32

FFS. I just spent ages on an IZ recorded study testing a website and it didn't upload. Angry I did a really thorough job talking about a topic that I found quite challenging, completed everything and then it crashed. I can't even do it again (not that I wanted to but still) because the link is wrecked. Grr. I hate when I spend a good amount of time on a task and walk away with nothing.

JustLurkingAway · 21/10/2020 21:49

Still wondering what potato isConfused

Buster27 · 21/10/2020 22:19

@JustLurkingAway potato = crisp thinking

JustLurkingAway · 21/10/2020 22:24

Ahh okay..thank you!!

MrsWombat · 22/10/2020 08:11

Definitely not feeling the love this month. Not being motivated to do Crisp. Appen I have a £1 ish a day project but my two regular monthly projects have been delayed. Not much work with uTest currently. I had to turn down a high paying test case this morning as it needed to be done during the school run. I'm meant to be on an in-person project next month that is running in London and Manchester so I'm wondering if that will be delayed because of tier levels. I seem to be on a hardware testing project though so crossing my fingers for that. Hope my Mojo comes back soon as there is Christmas to pay for!

Azerothi · 22/10/2020 08:19

MrsWombat

Be aware of the crisp minimum service levels, 3 weeks I think. The Appen project delay was being talked about and people are saying it was due to a new test project. A bit odd if you ask me!

I hope you get your mojo back!

I have totally lost my potato mojo. I think it's also the dispiriting content. I try to do early mornings to coincide with Piers M Grin but it leaves me feeling yack tbh. Like I need to shower my soul. That sounds really ungreatful and I'm going to try and do a big push soon but I'm feeling meh at the mo. Having seen how much B*r pays as well I'm not doing any more of them. Sod that. I did loads last month and thought yippee and got about £5. Hmm Grump grump grump.
seizethecuttlefish · 22/10/2020 09:09

Potato is just so hard. Not just the content but it's so slow, I can't see my earnings in real time, people writing essays....argh! I did the minimum last month and this month I've managed more but I really need to do about 200 a month. I get a butt kicking a few months back and I now am really edgy about it. Which is ridiculous considering what they pay and the lack of any coaching or support. But rant over. Options are thin on the ground and it's money.

0htooooodles · 22/10/2020 10:50

@seizethecuttlefish Yes, yes to everything you said. It's so hard to rant too, i normally end up doing it to my OH, but think he's sick of me Grin

Tattiespuds · 22/10/2020 11:19

has anyone joined Crisp lately?

I now have access to the wiki for training. Am i right in thinking that for training all i'm doing it reading the guidelines? There was no info in the email just simply a link to join. I really want this side hustle and don't want to fail the assessment
