Got my potato and paid very efficiently as usual. I wish all the firms in here were as professional (looking at you Neevo).

seizethecuttlefish · 14/08/2020 18:05

Anyone working in N on A today and not getting it to work on either desktop or mobile?

justtheonethen · 14/08/2020 21:26

@seizethecuttlefish N is fine for me on mobile

seizethecuttlefish · 14/08/2020 21:38

@justtheonethen I'm cursed! It's a nightmare. 🤣

WonderTweek · 14/08/2020 22:27

Ooh, it looks like Neevo are sending out payments this evening. I got a couple and hoping for a few more.

Horehound · 14/08/2020 22:45

@WonderTweek oh yes I'm rolling in it with my $1.90, $0.04 and $0.40 cent payments.

Couldn't have been the narrowband calls...oh no Hmm

WonderTweek · 14/08/2020 22:58

They have decided that 450 of my audio validation tasks didn't meet their criteria but then paid me for another lot that I have done exactly the same. Hmm

Horehound · 14/08/2020 23:12

Yep they just don't make sense

doingmeheadin · 14/08/2020 23:15

I'm on crisp and find it hard to make more than £50 a month as it is boring AF. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to just wait until I can do bespoke and combat shifts rather than the generic mod2/monitoring work which seems to take over the whole evening, tho aren't too bad if there is a prolonged surge to bump it up. Any tips?

Sootthus · 14/08/2020 23:19

where do you register for crisp? I've been on the website but can't see where to sign up

ScorpioSphinxInACalicoDress · 14/08/2020 23:19

I make exactly £61 every month no matter how much I try and make myself do more Grin I think it's only the "shift" stuff that brings the money in.
I keep 2-3 tabs open and try to time myself- 40 minute stints, but agree it's very very boring!

Adelais · 15/08/2020 00:31

I aim for £150 on potato a month so £5 a day though even that is a struggle with 2 kids at home at the moment. I get easily distracted when doing it by my phone and tv and have had a few emails about mistakes I’ve made so they’ll probably fire me soon!

Flube · 15/08/2020 00:37

B*ne tasks available.

MrsWombat · 15/08/2020 06:09

Bane Uk still working currently.

MrsWombat · 15/08/2020 06:22

With Crisp I always aim to do £2.50 a day minimum if I have other projects to work on and at least £5 if I don't have anything else to do. But I normally end up getting between 0 and £10-15 depending on surges and my plans for the day.

MrsWombat · 15/08/2020 06:31

@Sootthus This is the link. My top tips are to write the questions and answers down as you probably won't pass first time, and there is also more than one answer to some of the questions. Good luck.

Whatiswrongwithmykid · 15/08/2020 07:59

I’ve not received my crisp invoice for last month?! I chased them on Thursday and was told I’d receive it yesterday but still nothing.

MrsWombat · 15/08/2020 08:58

@Whatiswrongwithmykid Ask them on Monday. Mine came around 3pm yesterday so check your junk mail for that time?

margaritasbythesea · 15/08/2020 14:30

B**e UK dried up but US still going.

Horehound · 15/08/2020 15:02

I see Neevo sent more payments but like only for a couoeiof tasks on some jobs even if I've done hundreds. So like payments of 0.88cents etc.
Very very annoying.

I'm getting pissed off with all of this really. Neevo payment/quality standard shite (they even admitted to me nothing was wrong on one job they threw me off) and then clickworker just taking the uttering piss

Sootthus · 15/08/2020 15:15

Thanks @MrsWombat I am now on the waiting list. Passed the test with 19 out 20 on the 1st go. not sure which one I got wrong.

Apparently the waiting list is huge

Sootthus · 15/08/2020 15:17

I'm new to all this. Have signed up for some of the links on the OP. Have done a couple of prolific tasks but everything else seems quite slow.

Do prolific tasks come through on weekends or just weekdays?

DownThePlath · 15/08/2020 16:42

@Horehound
I'm feeling the same lately. Dribs and drabs paid by Neevo, Clickworker is dead. Just annoying!

@Sootthus You can get prolific surveys any day of the week, but there's noticeably more on weekdays, as they are academic surveys. Best just to keep a tab open though so you can grab them quickly.

Mightymouse21 · 15/08/2020 18:34

Hi I’m pretty new to all this but have signed up to lots of things , I’m just curious what potato is??? I’ve seen a few people wrote about it now . Thanks

Rad2016 · 15/08/2020 19:18

How sad I've been waiting for babe all week then its come on a Saturday when am so busy with the kids. And it looked like it was a big batch. Dam!
