The other namechange in the DM article, was the former Ariix bot - I think all others are photographed. So FL and Ariix ex-bots seem particularly shy about coming forward.

BSintolerant · 16/07/2020 21:02

I’m not surprised people have changed their names after the abuse to which others (who didn’t) were subjected in previous Daily Mail articles. Do you remember this?

timelessvie.wordpress.com/2016/05/27/exclusive-read-the-messages-candice-an-ex-bot-with-forever-living-received-after-the-daily-mail-article/

I think it’s very brave of people to speak out whether or not they remain anonymous. The more people who tell the truth about MLMs, network marketing, Direct Sales (or whatever the DSA wants to call pyramid schemes these days) the better. They should be banned.

BSintolerant · 16/07/2020 21:11

Wow this was in the comments

Back in 2010 I began suffering from quite bad anxiety. Someone recommended acupuncture for it so I made an appointment. At my appointment the lady took my history, early 20s, relationship breakdown, made redundant recently and was suffering from anxiety. She then spent the rest of the appointment telling me about her lifestyle selling forever living. I dont know whether I was sucked in or felt too awkward to say no but I signed up. Paid 200 for starter kit. She then hounded me to recruit and sell etc. I only ever sold 3 items (all to my mum). One day she told me to throw a selling party. I said I needed more products for people to sample. She opened her garage which was piled high with unopened products. She said she bought some each month to meet her sales targets and was 10,000 in debt but it would all pay off. I ran for the hills. Looking back I was easy prey and vulnerable at the time. But morally it was wrong of her

How do the top bots sleep at night knowing that their downlines are getting into debt to finance their lifestyle? And when will the bots at the arse end of the pyramid wake up and realise that the top bots are only stringing them along because they’re funding their lifestyle? Never underestimate the power of brainwashing.

Bluewavescrashing · 16/07/2020 21:50

Sleaze is selling shakes and pills. Any idea which company?

Here’s another comment from the Daily Mail
article which shows the level of Cheeky Fuckery to which Forever bots will sink:

My wife met a Forever Living rep socially and after seeing the products she merely said "That looks interesting". A few days later a parcel arrived with a bill for 180 Euro. We did not open the box as we hadn't ordered it. I wrote to their head office who just kept saying "Open it and try it with no obligation". Tired of it all I sent the parcel back to their head office and when I informed them it was on the way they said "Don't send it to us, send it back to the seller" to which I replied "Now you will know what it's like to receive something you haven't ordered or requested". Merely saying it looks interesting does not mean you have agreed to buy anything. I pestered them even more and finally got them to refund my postage too.

BSintolerant · 16/07/2020 22:15

Anyone else easily amused by lifting bits of the Daily Mail to publish on Mumsnet? It makes a change from DM journalists trawling MN threads for stories to publish doesn’t it? Grin

SSDGM · 17/07/2020 08:57

Just noticed on twitter this time last year Homeschool was 40lbs “down” with 5lbs lost in then days at the end of the run of tweets. Ok love.

Anyway, the rest of her tweets for this year are meaningless pap and the fact she’s banging on about her success and six figure income makes me a bit furious. She’s soooooo happy and in such a good place and helping everyone.

Homeschool. Help yourself. You have failed. It’s not working.

BSintolerant · 17/07/2020 09:04

A bankrupt with a six-figure income? I hope she’s banging on about her six-figure income to the Insolvency Service and her Trustee in Bankruptcy. Grin Makes me wonder if her alleged earnings are going into the pockets of Weird Willy’s dungarees.

SSDGM · 17/07/2020 09:10

*ten days!

SSDGM · 17/07/2020 09:12

Just noticed the rest of her bio. I have a presentation in a hotel in Tenerife once. I think I’m going to start calling myself an “International Speaker” too.

SSDGM · 17/07/2020 09:16

Oh and I’ve just noticed the “complete financial security” tweet from just 13 months ago.

You complete fucking liar. How does she sleep at night? I have had to stop scrolling.

Spongebobette · 17/07/2020 09:53

Someone is giving her a hard time in her replies!!

BSintolerant · 17/07/2020 09:55

Complete financial security? As Homeschool is bankrupt her definition of complete financial security must be the opposite to that of everyone else on the planet.

I don’t think complete financial security exists - but I’m sure Sexy Rexy would disagree with that.

fromdownwest · 17/07/2020 11:48

Wow - she is getting torn apart in the comments on Twitter.

Must be quite un nerving when they leave their echo chamber and are faced with the reality of their situation.

Norma27 · 17/07/2020 12:50

I can't find her on Twitter. I rarely use it so rubbish! Is it her name I need to search for?

Norma27 · 17/07/2020 12:51

Found her after using my head and googling her!

RogueApostrophe · 17/07/2020 13:06

I can't find her - any clues?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 17/07/2020 13:13

@RogueApostrophe try @realhomeschoolbot

Norma27 · 17/07/2020 13:13

@RogueApostrophe I found it by googling her name and forever living.
Her Twitter account is realfirstnamelastname.

That's presuming you know her name. If not, first name singer in eternal who married Jamie redknapp
Second name went large in a film with Kevin. (Kevin Paterson the Harry Enfield character) or a member of little mix.

Spongebobette · 17/07/2020 14:29

Here’s a selection of the top quality, helpful and interesting tweets by the bankrupt ‘network marketing expert’

Do you just ever stop everything you are doing and think... “Wow. Life is good.”

Believe it to be true, feel it happening, know it is true, and expect it to happen.

@Bluewavescrashing It's a Scandinavian company. Zinzino. Scroll down on his profile to a post on the 8th of July and 2nd of July. Apparently the only stuff he & his son can take, and on the 2nd of July claims it's endorsed by his son's transplant team.

Like fuck it is.

BBL has posted a rather odd video of herself being filmed just sitting on a swing chair thing and smiling. New teeth in Turkey.
