The whole MLM / direct sales industry is an embarrassment. When will bots wake up and realise they’re being used to make the CEO of their company (which isn’t them) richer than they are already?

I wonder when Uber’s accounts will be published online by Companies House?

Don’t apologise, we’re all seasoned bot watchers! Wink Did anyone get to the bottom of whether or not the Irish equivalent of CH was accessible? Messiah’s accounts would make interesting analysis!

Mmm ... it would be interesting to see those.

9dartfinish2nd · 01/07/2020 10:20

Anyone else hearing rumours of serious product distribution issues with FM World?

Would love this to be another Lularoe in the making, back in 2016/17 they got too big too soon and couldn't keep up with demand and they have been in the mire since, but i'm sure it will be attributed to Covid-19 related problems.

Getthekettleon2020 · 01/07/2020 10:28

Re FM you only have to look at marketplace to see it’s a saturated market and all the other MLMs.
I am mystified why people don’t research before venturing into these scams.

9dartfinish2nd · 01/07/2020 10:48

I did a general FB search last night and there are posts all over apologising for delayed orders.

fromdownwest · 01/07/2020 11:13

I hate to say it, but it does appear that lots of MLM’S have had a shot in the arm, and people have made promotions in the last 2 months.

Those pointless graphs (other than showing that Before lockdown, month on month they were in decline) do show some positive returns this month.

Hopefully the car plan bots, don’t sign up to a 3 year Range Rover lease

BSintolerant · 01/07/2020 11:28

In a few months time when we see the full extent of the economic damage this wretched virus has created the shot in the arm will look like a shot in the foot. MLMs / direct sales will face such a backlash from people who have been sucked in with false promises.

CodenameVillanelle · 01/07/2020 11:32

The MLM boom won't last much longer.

Sacked was on Facebook literally begging and guilt tripping people into buying FM tat from her to make a promotion.

9dartfinish2nd · 01/07/2020 11:33

It will be a temporary boost at best, within a few months the backlash will start when people realised they were scammed at a financially vulnerable time.

As the regulars on here know, the people who were coining it in 5/6 years ago are now financially on their arses. It will never return to that level ever again as public awareness is too high.

@bsintolerent yes you can access the Irish accounts but you have to pay. I have been provided with evidence that they have submitted accounts.

ToBotOrNotToBot · 01/07/2020 13:01

Next set of accounts are due on 19th July.

www.solocheck.ie is how you access them and it's €9 to buy the accounts

ToBotOrNotToBot · 01/07/2020 13:08

I'm hearing lots about TS Life. Initially it was fun and all about the amazing products. Now it's all recruit recruit recruit. There's only 3 products available and the deliveries are seriously delayed. So it's turned into a pyramid scheme. surprise surprise

It'll always be about recruitment with TS life. Messiah admitted in Vida that it's just about buying your minimum requirement every month and then spend every waking minute recruiting.

Hence why he had a storage facility filled to the rafters with product. He didn't take them... just recruited other people into the scheme.

ToBotOrNotToBot · 01/07/2020 14:17

TS Life Limited
Company number 627271
Interestingly there is only 1 shareholder and it's NOT Messiah

Castle doing a live on how her mate is now a six figure earner within FL.

Her accounts say differently Castle.

How are they allowed to make these claims day in day out, without any evidence to show this income?

TheYellowOfTheEgg · 01/07/2020 17:08

A mum from school posted on Facebook about her "new adventure" with more details coming up. It also had #workfromhome #mumpreneur etc. It all screams MLM.

I've sent a couple of articles to warn her. She's so lovely and I hate to see her dragged into this stuff. She replied saying that it isn't a pyramid (they all say that) and she hasn't had to invest. I hope I'm wrong or that she reads what I've sent her if I'm right. I included the John Oliver video.

I hate these companies.
