Bot-watching into 2020. Hoping it's a good year for all (and the end of MLMs - Hey, a girl can dream!)

Laughing at yawn pretending people actually vote on her crappy polls.

Gotmychocolateimgood · 02/02/2020 13:34

Please will someone tell PHD that spending loads of money on bogus 'cleanse' products that will do nothing for her health only makes her look even less credible as an academic?

Cleanse your liver by knocking the wine on the head, love.

acatcalledjohn · 02/02/2020 14:05

I can't say I'm surprised that Sleaze has no idea that that Corona virus has been around for years and this is just a (admittedly bad) mutation.

How has he managed to look even more sleazy though? Seriously, the facial hair...

Whiterangey · 02/02/2020 20:40

Yawn is actually doing quite well recruiting. She asked that if anyone wanted motte info on staying a business to pop a like on the post. She got 6 likes which shows business is booming!

I'm sure it still counts if they are already FLP bizniz owners already, which they are.

Spongebobette · 02/02/2020 21:14

Desperate times

Spongebobette · 02/02/2020 21:30

Nurse has her Feb offers out (copies from Yawn)

Bloody expensive still, love.

SnoogyWoo · 02/02/2020 21:37

Yawn does seem to be getting more desperate in her recruiting onslaught!

Spongebobette · 02/02/2020 22:11

Strange really, as she has mentioned before that you just need 20 customers to create a good income.

I expect she’s doing all this recruitment posts just out of the goodness of her heart. To help people.

Whiterangey · 02/02/2020 22:23

She's like Florence Nightingale of the MLM world, if Florence Nightingale had been an absolute wanker.

hunzuncovered · 02/02/2020 23:23

@DoraExplorer99 might correct me if I'm wrong but you have to keep recruiting to be eligible for global rally. I'm sure it was 12 a year to hit a particular level.

Spongebobette · 02/02/2020 23:35

But.
If every bot recruits 12
There are soon no people left in the world who aren’t bots

hunzuncovered · 03/02/2020 00:08

But there's an infinite amount of people... someone turns 18 everyday #bottrainibg

Ah that's right I remember now. We were told 12 so even if they put 1cc a month through each you were covered

CodenameVillanelle · 03/02/2020 08:59

I've been following sackedbot with her new venture in FM world. She said she's been out of network marketing for 2 years - what was her corset biz then? And that skincarebiz who sacked her?
She posted a video about FM which made it sound very plausible - saying it's free to join up and there are zero monthly targets to stay active. Does anyone know about it? I read something about FM that said it had the most convoluted comp plan of any MLM which doesn't fit with what she's saying. I mean I know bots lie but this seems really brazen!

Spongebobette · 03/02/2020 10:00

I find Sacked quite intimidating and scary. Even her positive posts are quite aggressive.

Miniwinnie · 03/02/2020 10:06

I dabbled a little in FL 5 years ago when I was on maternity leave. An old school “friend” got in touch out of the blue offering to change my life (lucky if she had been in the business weeks).

I joined more out of nosiness and also fancied the big box of products you get (buy) when you join.

I made no money and was encouraged to buy really expensive products to just give away in prize draws or loan out to people in the pamper hamper. This was another thing, people thought they actually won the products not just a loan of them lol. Also encouraged to attend weekly training, which I know cost the host an absolute fortune to hire the venue Confused.

When I made it clear that I didn’t want to make my social media public or do 5 posts a day I was quickly dropped from the group. They only wanted serious business owners.

I returned to work after mat leave to my normal 9-5 job, making money for someone else. But I have been able to provide a lovely life for my family and my children don’t want for anything.

My poor friend gave up a job she trained really hard for to be a “boss babe”. She is still trying to succeed with FL to this day. She had now had to take on another job but she keeps this quiet on social media.

Spongebobette · 03/02/2020 10:13

gosh 5 years is a long time to try to succeed and not give up

then again, we see a lot of posts by bots saying you only lose if you give up/ it takes time to build a business

they always have the carrot dangling just out of reach

the top bots' successes are paraded constantly at Success days and on social media to persuade their minions to hang in there....but so e of the cheques are a bit dated now..... Yawn doesn't even use the most recent one she had (in 2017), she uses the one from 2016 which was her biggest. That's a while ago now....how do her downline not spot this and wonder?

Miniwinnie · 03/02/2020 10:21

I’m sure I know who all of these people are but I have just joined this today and trying to work everyone nicknames out.

It appears the higher up people are not as successful today as they were 5 years ago.

Gotmychocolateimgood · 03/02/2020 10:33

People see what they want to see. Potential bots can be convinced to gloss over things like this which to us make it glaringly obvious that there's no money to be made.

Spongebobette · 03/02/2020 11:09

@Gotmychocolateimgood yes indeed. There are a lot of lies and exaggerations by the uplines, but also a certain amount of wilful blindness by the minions.
It's quite fascinating how they can ignore the facts which are right in front of them , or very easily googled -such as the average incomes for people in MLMs, the proportion of people who actually earn enough to live on, the churn rate, etc etc

Spongebobette · 03/02/2020 11:11

hello and welcome @miniwinnie!

Are you here to find out more about MLMs or have you been a victim yourself?

hunzuncovered · 03/02/2020 11:11

Sacked wants to pretend mermology never existed then? Her skincare business was also MLM and she wasn't reaching the dizzy heights she expected to as the CEO of her own skincare range.

The marketing was terrible for it though.

FM is free, or you can pay £50 for the folder full of samples.

Miniwinnie · 03/02/2020 11:15

@Spongebobette yes told a very short version of my story a couple of posts back.

I’m just glad other people view these mlm’s the same way as I do.

Spongebobette · 03/02/2020 12:23

Oh yes sorry have scrolled back and read it
