A big thank you to to @reddA for compiling the list below :) and thanks to @Otterses for all the hard work, keeping these threads going.

I'd say message them again Gacha, there can be delays in them getting back to you but not usually so long. They definitely need more people so I doubt you've been turned down, they may have just lost your email

rhij86 · 23/09/2019 08:47

I've been accepted for the Noyo task in Appen this morning so just signed all my paperwork and waiting for them to finalise. Hopefully this will lead to being accepted for more long term projects.

I also signed up for cloudworkers on saturday - not sure it will be for me but I'll give anything a go once!

Qmee and vypr were completely dead yesterday - is that normal? I'm guessing a lot of companies won't put out many surveys on a weekend?

Got a few more on my list of things to sign up for this evening thanks to @GachaBread - fingers crossed :)

3dogsnorth · 23/09/2019 10:30

Anyone on the isoftstone speech thingy? I've done 660 so far but had no feedback apart from the first 100. Kind of reluctant to bash on if they're going to reject some (welsh!) I'd need to get going though if I decide to keep at it as the deadline is the 29th

Moremoneyplease · 23/09/2019 10:58

@rhij86 I've also been accepted onto the Noyo task but I just cannot see where to sign my paperwork!! Was it included in the email or is it somewhere on my login page where I can't see it?? I'm waiting for a response from Appen but if you can help, that would be great!

I've signed up for most things on the thread, nothing major yet! I had nothing on vypr or qmee this weekend either.

rhij86 · 23/09/2019 11:10

@Moremoneyplease I had an email asking me to sign it, and when I logged on it wouldn't let me view any other parts of the site until I'd read and accepted the agreements. Then it had a holding page saying they were reviewing the docs and would get back to me - that took about an hour.

I had 2 emails at the same time, one saying I'd been accepted onto Noyo then another saying I needed to review and sign paperwork. There was a link in the second email, maybe check that one and click on the link if you had it?

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 23/09/2019 11:27

Well I seem to be unblocked on click worker now! I did a quick timed session and reckon i'm earning 7.56 per hour which is below minimum wage. If speed up a little then i should be good plus i can do it when the DC are asleep.

Moremoneyplease · 23/09/2019 12:04

@rhij86 Thanks for the reply. I think my account must be playing up, as the link just takes me to a page with very little info! I'll wait to hear from them 🙄

justtheonethen · 23/09/2019 12:51

@3dogsnorth I'm 500 from being done and they haven't reviewed any of them apart from first 100. Same for someone else on the thread. Just got to cross fingers. Doesn't matter if they reject a few (welsh) ones as we will still get paid for the others and I see no reason why they would reject them if the first ones were fine.

3dogsnorth · 23/09/2019 13:16

Thanks, I've decided to just crack on, it's too good an earner to turn down. I've done 140 in 20 mins. I need to do little bursts as my eyes cross after a while!

anxiouswaiting · 23/09/2019 13:30

These isoftstone recordings are an amazing earner, just been doing some while baby naps and worked out to $36.50 an hour! Makes Appen look like peanuts!

Those of you worried about revoews of your work, the person I spoke to at isoftstone told me to just work through them and if they have any issues they contact you. So seems to be a no news is good news situation

justtheonethen · 23/09/2019 13:34

That's reassuring @anxiouswaiting. Yes it's a fabulous earner!

GachaBread · 23/09/2019 13:42

So I've just received my email from Cloudworks asking to fill out contracts and so forth but I need some help from someone.

  1. It is asking for trade licence or registration number for free lancing, what is this,do I leave blank?
  2. Certification of purchase tax, what is this? Do I also leave this blank
  3. Bank details, it's asking for IBAN and BIC code, what is this? I want to receive monies by PayPal but it's asking for account and sort code
Frenchdoors1 · 23/09/2019 14:07

Has Anyone received this message on their clickworker page? I got up to EUR 4.86 yesterday afternoon, and I've logged in a couple of times since then and I just see this when I click on a Pinterest one.
Or is it just me!! Confused

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 23/09/2019 14:10

French, i was getting that but i kept trying and eventually got one that worked.

Frenchdoors1 · 23/09/2019 14:18

@SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock

Thank you.
I'll try and be patient... 😁

ChubRubTub · 23/09/2019 14:25

Has anyone done any transcription for isoftstone? I've been accepted, but I'm not sure whether to go ahead. I looked into the TranscribeMe one and the pay was terrible. Hoping this isn't the same.

rhij86 · 23/09/2019 14:43

@ChubRubTub I've applied but heard nothing yet. Can't do the recordings one as I don't have an iphone. How long did it take for them to accept you?

WellAlrightWellOK · 23/09/2019 14:53

@Frenchdoors1
That message always appears when the batch you are working on has been completed. Like SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock says, just keep clicking on the other batches and you might find one with more jobs still available., not always though, I think its just the luck of the draw.

Frenchdoors1 · 23/09/2019 14:57

@WellAlrightWellOK

Thank you. I'll keep trying then.. It does say nearly 2 million people online though! So I can understand why.

backouch · 23/09/2019 15:02

I'm completely new to this thread. I have tried to find the post that explains everything but have failed - can someone point me to a starting point please?

Elmosonfire · 23/09/2019 15:09

I’m new too, brilliant thread. Can I ask, how long after applying for Appen projects did you have to wait? I applied for three today. Also, is it important to have Facebook/instagram accounts to do a lot of the projects? I have also just signed up to isoftstone too so will wait and see.

backouch · 23/09/2019 15:29

I've just applied for the chip one, but scored 17/20 so won't be accepted.

Here you go newbies! Smile

Frenchdoors1 · 23/09/2019 16:07

I was on page 30...please click on page 1.

Frenchdoors1 · 23/09/2019 16:11

, @Elmosonfire*

I applied to Appen on the 6th of Sept and I'm still waiting. It depends on your qualifications and skills to for the work you get. I think if you have Facebook etc you have more of a chance of getting on.
