Continuing the valuable discussion of 'Forever Living' and other 'MLM/commercial' cults.

Teresa Jones got a similar chairman's bonus cheque and we all know how much profit she makes!

Eyespying · 23/01/2016 20:13

Yes, and Teresa Jones (whom we know for certain has had very limited success as an 'MLM' recruiter), is far more convincing in the role of ordinary poor human: turned prosperous super-human, than Abigail Horne.

A Bot Watcher in the USA tells me that Abigail's new be-spectacled look might have been influenced by Sarah Palin.

More information is now starting to flow about no. 2 British 'FLP' shill, Adam May (b. 1960).

Adam May has been Teresa Jones' 'FLP Upline' handler.

Adam May's front-company in the UK (used for peddling so-called 'business building tools') has been 'Group Dynamics Events Ltd.,' but Mr. May is just a slimy tiddler in the 'FLP' cesspool

Siwi, Sil has been in Fl since about last April.

Gimlet1984 · 23/01/2016 21:25

Eyespying It is indeed but not to worry.

When you say FLP has no fear of legal action been taken against them I think your right. This shocking propaganda video relates to the clean 9 and features people who seemingly are members of the public. However on further inspection our good friend Adam May makes an appearance posing as a customer who experienced the benefits of the programme. It's not just him though Satnam Singh Sagoo and Acer Morgan also pose as customers providing testimonials of the products supposed health benefits but don't disclose that they all work for Forever. I was under the impression this type of shilling was illegal and fraudulent. A quick search came up with this.

The United Kingdom has the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations which prohibits "Falsely representing oneself as a consumer." They allow for up to two years in prison and unlimited fines for breaches. Additionally, the advertising industry in the UK has adopted many voluntary policies, such as the Code of Non-Broadcast Advertising, Sale, Promotion and Direct Marketing. A trade association, the Advertising Standards Authority, investigates complaints of breaches. The policy requires that marketing professionals not mislead their audience, including by omitting a disclosure of their material connection.

They also add an athlete at the end of the video former rugby player Mike Umaga to add credibility to the claims but you will note that he does not promote the clean 9 programme itself but merely that taking protein shakes after exercise are helpful so may have been duped into providing an interview and had it used out of context.

Gimlet1984- In reality, no one has been monitoring this form of cultic racketeering in the UK. The world of 'regulation' has been a moral and intellectual vacuum into which a whole flock of reality-inverting lobbyists (charlatans and sophists) has expanded. I've yet to encounter a senior regulator who gives a shit. The juniors who often do give a shit, are generally too scared to step out of line.

Eyespying · 23/01/2016 22:35

Gimlet1984- It's interesting that Mike Umaga is from Samoa, where Rex Maughan was a young 'Mormon Missionary' and where he maintains a presence to this day.

I've just posted a brief article introducing the major British 'FLP' wistleblower, Craig Morgan - including a transcript of part of his testimony to me. I've also added the same material to my main article on the 'FLP' racket.

Eyespying What I find most alarming is how brazen they are. No attempt has been made to hide clear evidence of the company's fraud, it's freely available to the public. You would have thought with the governments new tax laws they would be interested to learn the country is being defrauded to the tune of millions by these mlms.

I can only assume because Forever have been allowed to grow unregulated they can now employ backhanders and donations to appease any critics. Your right to mention the Samoan influence. Rex may well have made a donation in return for an endorsement by Mike.

Brilliant read about Craig's story. I really hope it encourages more husbands and partners to come forward. If enough of a case is made similar to the Herbalife videos maybe legal proceedings can be brought forth. I think these companies are so used to not being challenged they think they are above the law.

Eyespying · 24/01/2016 17:10

Gimlet1984 - Remember, I've sat face to face to face with Oxbridge-educated, senior UK trade regulators who privately admit that the bosses of US-based, racketeer influenced and corrupt organizations (like 'Amway', 'Herbalife', 'FLP',) have stolen billions from countless UK citizens, but they have been effectively above the law in the UK. The same regulators (who haven't regulated) have insisted that they cannot speak out publicly, because UK companies law constrains them to remain silent.

Senior agents of the UK Serious Fraud Office are impossible to contact directly. SFO chiefs hide behind their own jargon-spouting Bots who are trained to give the brush off all persons trying to file complaints. I personally don't think senior agents of the UK SFO wouldn't recognise a serious fraud if it fell on their heads. That's why they have been employed.

Until I was confronted by the America-based 'MLM' racketeers destroying and thieving from, my family in the N. of England, without the slightest chance of them being held to account, I lived in the delusion that the UK and the USA are democracies ruled by law.

Thank you Craig, I have just read your story, I am so sorry for what you went through. I hope your story helps people to realise what evil businesses Fl, amway, etc are. Thank you again for sharing your story with us all.

Eyespying · 24/01/2016 18:17

Annie65 - With a bit of luck and the ecouragement of persons like you, more 'MLM' victims might soon find the courage to speak out.

OP posts:
ambler21 · 24/01/2016 18:57

Agreed. Thanks Craig. I really appreciate your involvement and look forward to knowing more about your story. Cheers

Siwi · 24/01/2016 19:32

I hope that Craig will not be the object of personal attack.

Eyespying · 24/01/2016 19:51

Siwi - Fortunately, if anyone connected with the 'FLP' racket tries to discredit, or harm, Craig Morgan now, it will only serve further to prove the accuracy of my analysis and to draw more attention to him.

I've been in essentially the same situation for more than 20 years. 'MLM' racketeers, and their propagandists, have largely ignored me, because drawing attention to me is just about the last thing they need.

That said, when Craig first contacted me, he modestly said that he wasn't a hero, he merely felt as though he had nothing left to lose.

I replied with this highly-appropriate quote:

'You only have power over a man so long as you don't take everything away from him, but once you've robbed a man of everything, he's no longer in your power, he's free again.'

BTW, a British journalist is currently very interested to interview anyone who has been particpating in these MN threads (particularly, ex adherents or MN members with friends or relatives trapped inside 'MLM' groups). Anonymity is offered, and guaranteed, to those who require it.

I can be contacted by PM or by e-mail via:

eye have you heard of Richard McCann? This seems to be another one FL top people are using as a motivational speaker.

Craig thank you so much for coming forward. I really appreciate all you have said as even being someone who has stepped away from Forever I'm shocked at the level some of the top people are at in covering their deception. I am so glad I had that niggling doubt in my head and didn't get my family into the situation your wife did. I'm so sorry that so much of your (and your mums) money was used in the deception.

I do hope you are leading a happier life now

Eyespying · 24/01/2016 20:25

Richard McCann has been working for all sorts of 'MLM' rackets as a self- styled 'inspirational speaker.'

His tragic personal background, and previous history of mental instability, is somewhat worrying to say the least.

Gimlet1984 - Doesn't this world-champion loser of a man: turned superman winner, remind you of another best-selling author with a strange family background. I believe he also spent time in prison, where he wrote something called 'My Struggle.'

OP posts:
Gimlet1984 · 24/01/2016 21:17

Eyespying I can't profess to know Richard McCann personally and certainly feel sympathy towards him and his family over the death of their mother Wilma McCann who was murdered by the Yorkshire ripper Peter Sutcliffe. However if he is using the story to influence people within mlm schemes and encouraging them to join then that is deplorable.

Eyespying · 24/01/2016 21:37

Gimlet1984 Richard McCann seems only to be teaching the 'MLM' faithful how to perform confidently in front of an audience. That said, he's wearing his tragic family, and personal, background on his sleeve to attract sympathy in order to shut down people's critical faculties. McCann is peddling the age old fairy story that he has acquired a secret knowledge that has enabled him to turn his tragic loser's life around, and that he is prepared to share his secret knowledge with anyone (for a price).

Gimlet1984 thanks for your Vimeo links. Some of the Emma Cooper vid links from there are astonishing

Eyespying · 24/01/2016 22:03

Gimlet1984 Richard McCann's repeated, painfully-detailed, public references to his tragic background remind me of the notorious French swindler, Christophe Roconcourt. Although Roconcourt's activities make McCann's look somewhat tame.

Eyespying I will have a more in depth look when I get chance. Forever obviously employed his services for a reason and I doubt it's for the benefit of the unfortunate bots in attendance. As you say by being so self-deprecating people let their guard down and at one of these all day events they want the bots to be very susceptible to manipulation.

Ambler21 There's a trove of content on Vimeo however I must warn you some of it is extremely long winded and boring. The way they refer to their downline is interesting though and not something you would ever see or experience through media such as Facebook. I guess because its content recorded for the eyes of their downline they don't have to pretend to be nice and you see their true colours.
