Phoenix please send Trace our best, and let her know we're thinking about her. I'm glad it's not just me that's already got some cards, i felt all weird getting them in September! I can't wait till Ben starts making stuff, rather than just ripping stuff up and trying to eat it

Dennis has started getting up at 7.30. Not impressed.
Pizza, your food is better than Cheeky Monkeys - it's just that Cheeky's is really near to me.
I did try and suggest the 2-for-1 deal to him that you do on a Tuesday but he wasn't keen on that. Shame, because that would have been handy for me and Knickers.

Morning Wot

I'm being very lazy this morning, i've cleaned up, but i haven't got the energy to go anywhere, so Ben's colouring in while i do this weeks shop online

He's still really snotty Luckily his cough seems a bit better though. You're lucky Dennis sleeps till that time, Ben's getting up no later than 6:15 at the minute, usually earlier. It wouldn't be so bad if he went to bed at a reasonable time and stayed asleep all night, but he never drops off before 8:45, and he still gets up a few times a night! No wonder he always looks shattered! Another 8 weeks, and i'll be a walking zombie coping with two

Sounds like a nice morning. We've already been out - but just to the Post Office and to pick something up from Freecycle.
I was going to walk to the near Post Office but Dennis is so snotty I didn't think it was a good idea.
Dennis sometimes wakes up earlier but sits playing with a toy train that he has in his room.
Ben must have loads of energy - more than me!

Hiccy - have you spoken to HV about his sleeping and how U R going to cope in a few weeks ? Josh got into a vicious circle ages ago and we had a jightmaree with him, the doctor eventually prescribed him some drugs for a few days just to break the cycle. Hes still a little horror when he gets man flu but normally hes ok apart from the early mornings

Knickers hope U enjoyed your quality time forgot what that is .....

wot thats really good Josh justs sits in his bed and yells "is it morning yet" over and over till we tell him

Hi all. My internet wasn't working yesterday after early afternoon and I felt very lonely!!!

Trace - sorry to hear Chloe is back in hospital. What's happened? And you are very welcome
Dennis tried to get up at 6.30 this morning, then again at 7.30, but both times went back to sleep with little hassle. I finally woke him at 8.30 as we had to be at the Children's Centre by 9.30. We had a fab time - it was a national bookstart event and it was really well planned. But now I am knackered!
Hiccy, hope the first aid course went well this morning. Please tell me how to get things out of DS's mouth that shouldn't be there, preferably without being bitten
Knickers isn't feeling too well today so won't be going to Cheeky Monkeys this afternoon. Anyone else fancy it? I'm planning to go at about 3 for the tea time special offer. It's open until 6 on a Friday now.

The course was really good thanks Wish i'd done it before Ben was born and had those funny turns though, on saying that i'd probably have still gone to pieces anyway. Mark's done courses before, and when i passed out in the airport on our way to get married, he was flipping useless A complete stranger took over I think your emotions take over a bit when it's someone you love.

Friendly thank you for making me feel better about monsters colds and sleeping. I'm not glad you've gone through the same thing, but it is nice to know it's normal. Everyone else seems to have really good sleepers. Our health visitor and doctors haven't really helped, all they suggested was controlled crying. But he's a lot better than he was, so hopefully he'll improve

Trace hope Chloe's doing well, and you're all keeping okay xxx

Hello everyone Hope you're all having a good weekend

Went to Leapfrogs yesterday and looked out for you Friendly, but i didn't see any coloured hair It'a the first time we've been to a playcentre on a Saturday, i was worried it would be packed, i was pleasantly surprised. Oh, and i've started Ben on probiotic yoghurts, thank you again for the tip.

Wot they showed us about resuscitation, febrile convulsions, recovery positions, severe bleeds, burns, choking, poisoning, electrocution, all those sorts of things. Thank god he gave us handouts, my note taking isn't that fast, and my memory's pants!

How you doing Blackbird? Are you feeling okay?

I'm not sure about the 27th Wot, it's my birthday the day before, and mum and dad said they might come up. It's not definate yet though, so i'll let you know as soon as i do. At least Dennis'll never have to go to school on his birthday, i was always really pleased my birthday was in the school holidays

Sorry, i'm rubbish at the minute aren't i? I can't go because the decorator's still going to be here. It's all going very pear shaped, the builders didn't finish till Saturday night, so we decided to get someone to paint to save time, but me and Mark kept disagreeing on ceiling amd woodwork colours, so we came to a sort of compromise, but it looks awful and really doesn't go with the walls, so Mark's going to have to re-do it anyway. He'll love me

That's spooky about you having my birthday written down. I know i mentioned once that it was nearly the same as your little mans, can't believe you remembered!
