My name is Jan and I have a 5 month old dd - just extended my maternity leave for another 3 months (hurray!) - anyone fancy meeting for a coffee in Stoke Newington one afternoon?

Nice to see you and Ethan Zammo - Frida was wacked out when we finally got home. Gossifer glad your nan is on the mend - I have not seen the frida show yet, but will go soon.

I think we're free next monday otherwise, why not meet after the music on Friday? We all popped into Springfield park last Friday after music.

I think the weather is going to be pants tomorrow too, so shall we just leave it that if it's a nice day we will be at the pool, and if there's rain, we'll try and meet up another day?

Does the music still take place in Springfield? Is it no longer in the Cafe?

I'm up for meeting up next week, but i might be busy on Wed, but the library music sounds fun, what time is it?

Have been watching the news all morning - shocking - we are all safe - hope you are too
We are going to the music tomorrow - it is at Grasshoppers in St Thomas's church charliepw and it is free!!- the music man turns up around 11 - although last week he was late - Zammo and I went to Springfield Park afterwards to feed the babes

janx - glad all are well. Do you know if their is parking at grasshoppers? Can't make it this week as DP is returning today - hurrah! Hope to meet up with everyone next week. Have a lovely weekend!

Not sure about parking I'm afraid. Nice that dp is coming home - has he been away for long? The Geffrye is having a family event on Sunday - music and activites on the lawn - we may go along - anyone else interested?

Hi janx - hope you enjoyed the music last Friday. The wee one is all well again (cough/cold only lasted a day). Will you be going again this Friday? The Geffrye event sounded good. Shame we missed it, we spent the day in Hyde park which was lovely.

music was good fun - Frida spent the whole time crawling over other mums and babies and even tried to chew one women's foot! - well she did have pretty nail varnish on....will do this friday - glad ethan is better

I'm up for coming to this Grasshoppers thing next Friday, i can see where it is on the map, so i'll be there next Friday, but i can't this Friday (boo)
I've gone and booked Daisy a session with the homeopath in Walthamstow for her ezcema, it is so bad at the moment that i've decided that we just have to go for it no matter how much it costs.
The poor thing in this heat is just itching and itching like mad.
Although i might go Clissold Park pool today or tomorrow or Thursday, is anyone else going this week?

I can't believe it but my little one has his first birthday on Saturday! We're having a picnic at Victoria Park but I've just seen a lightening strike for that days weather so there may have to be a change of plan! Anyway, anyone is welcome to sit with us in the rain.
