Biglips - big babies - dont hurt if you have a c-section!!!! Wouldnt wish that on anyone honestly, although second time round it was easier than the first - not sure if it was becuase it was a different surgeon, or what, but I felt better after a couple of weeks - DD was 10 14 (on time) and DS was 8 8 (2 weeks early, so would have been 10 +). You will have what you have - I was always lead to believe that it was around 8oz per week, but again those scans are not too accurate - could be around 10% out - I would guess that you may have a 8 and a half pound baby - no probs! What was DD when she was born? I have about 3 or 4 tops for your DD and a pair of brown cords - they are all 5-6 or bigger, so should be ok!
MD - how are you getting on with your new baby? I hope your DD1 is getting used to the idea and hasnt asked for her to go back where she came from!!
Nemo - won anything lately??
Jaammy - how did you manage to avoid classes in the hols? DD swimming and gymnastics go through the hols, only her dancing has stopped,. so we are still up early sat and sun mornings - we even went to church this week (DS is getting christened on BH weekend)
Just been and ordered his cake today - my mum is paying for it, and the person who was doing it has let me down, so I have been to Davids Cakes in Crosby - he does all the posh cakes and is well-known in the well to do circles - so that will give mum something to brag about to her mates!! "Same place that Jamie Carragher (the footballer) got his 30th birthday cake from....bah blah!". They are lovely cakes, but you pay for the privilege! I did get his outfit off Ebay for a tenner, including shoes and DD got her dress in a sale in a posh designer type shop in Ormskirk!!! Me - I have Primark trousers and a matalan top - one extreme to the other!! Just need to sort out food now for the 15 adults and 5 kids!
Hope everyone else is ok and surviving the hols - a grown up evening out would be great!!
