Typical - my DH has just informed me the pedal has broken off his bike so he'll need the car for work tomorrow . Yet again I miss out.

I have now changed to a maybe DD2 has got tonsilitis so I am not sure what will be happening/how she will be/ etc. DH is making noises about taking DD1 to the beach if weather is good which is fair enough but if DD2 is still poorly then I will proably stay at home rather than drag the wee scone out for coffess. If on the other hand Dh is at home then no problem as he can wipe her brow. I will post in the morning to let you know.

Sorry I have to back out at the last minute AGAIN!!

We're painting new bubba's room this weekend cos the carpet needs to be fitted this week so we can buy furniture next week etc etc - you get the idea. I'm 34 weeks now and weekends are getting few and far between!

It's really snuck up on me this time and I was sure that we'd be able to make it

Btw ds' (and soon to be wee sis or bruv's) website is here , If I don't get to see you all before this one pops, then pictures will be posted there once baby arrives. In the meantime, I'd be able to make a weekday meetup if there's another soon, otherwise weekends are just filling up with baby preparation etc.

I put a message on earlier saying I couldn't make it - unfortunately hubby has had to take the car today as his new bike is broken. It didn't arrive until Friday and I was so excited about having sole use of the car. Hope you all have a good time .

McMudda - as I now can't make it either I'm doing the same - washing and ironing previous DD baby clothes . I was 34 weeks yesterday. Shame we didn't live closer - I'd probably meet you in the hospital .

i should be at this meet up. ds STILL sleeping. i've been whinging all week that his day time sleeps are crappy, and now when i NEED to be out he's SOUND ASLEEP..

I came to MacBob at 2 but the place was heaving and couldn't see anyone I recognised. DS was being a little grump as I invaded his nap time so I had to bring him home. Also had really bad night at work, ended up in A and E for 2 hours (entertaining) and only got three hours sleep this morning. I'm off to bed now as DS is out like light.

Will try again for the next one.

Gscrym - thats a real shame - you were early and i was late and you probably saw toothache but didnt know who she was! Macbob is heaving at the weekends - probably not the best place to meet people you don't know. Ah well. Hope you get good rest and we'll c u again.

Oh no what a bl&&dy disaster - I am so sorry that I didn't manage. Had to take DD2 back to hosiptal as they called this morning to say swabs had come back showing a strep infection so needed to check her over and consider anti-Ds. Which we are umming about giving her TBH as she 'seems' to be improving without them Just about to ask the MNs oracle for any advise.

Gscrym - I stood about for ages just looking for other lost Mums!! but like you said the place was mobbed! I'd had given up hope and had went outside to let ds play when I saw Ja9 running into the building!!

Dd couldn't make it coz she has the pox! Ds was a little old man as usual.... he loved your ds Ja9!

Had a lovely walk around the loch... then DH picked me up and we went out for dinner. All in all a lovely day, but I just wish more of you could've made it.

Gomez - The poor wee soul, hope she's on the mend soon. I passed your house today as we popped into my Mums. Was going to chap window and say OI WHERE WERE U!? But in hindsight, not a good idea. You might've thought I'm some mad stalker...
