I am so so sorry (and so so disappointed too)! dd4 is still absolutely streaming with the cold. I had hoped this morning that she would have picked up a little by now (you know what it is like - they are always worse at night and first thing in the morning). But she is just miserable and it wouldn't be fair to infect all your little babies. The other girls are just as disappointed as me, we were all looking forward to meeting you all today. I hope we can arrange another meetup really soon. Have a lovely time everyone. xx

I had a lovely time today at the meetup and can only apologise for my freakishly energetic son. No surprises that he lasted till the end of the road at the uni and was snoring.

It was nice to meet everyone and as there were quite a few of us, maybe we could get some momentum going and get together on a fairly regular basis ??

So good to meet you all. I had a really nice time! I'd love to meet up again soon. Maybe this time mcmudda and toothache will be able to make it. I can basically do any day / any time except thursday afternoons.

So, when and where?

I just have to check shifts. I'm on block soon so any day will be okay.

Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursdays are fine for me. (And hopefully the computer den will be open next time so I can dispose of a few children...)

It was so nice to meet everyone although I had terrible trouble with names (sorry - my brain has turned to mush again now I'm preggers). As you could all possible tell I was terrified - I've never been the most confident person. It was a shame that I was late and had to leave early too. Looking forward to the next time when hopefully I'll be a bit more organised and less nervous. Thanks for introducing me to the MacRobert

HOLY MOLY!!! I forgot all about Wednesday!!!!

1st week back at work has been hectic and it totally slipped my mind!!!! I'll have to give one of you my phone number next time so you can remind me. What an idiot I am! The 1st MN Meet-up I can actually go to and I forget.

My work have not yet given me access to the Net. I only just got my email up and running yesterday, been a nightmare.

Sorry again..... and I REALLY WANT TO MAKE THE NEXT ONE!

hi cherryem. sorry you didnt feel you fitted in. perhaps next time it'll be a bit easier. it was good that at the meetup we were all strangers and folks hadn't met before. when you come back to uni you may find that you want some friends who have babies - as well as uni friends.... Your little girl is lovely!

toothache - cant believe you forgot! I must have such a sad life.. i was counting the days to the meetup.

The week of the 22nd doesn't suit me cos I've got a friend visiting from down south.

In fact the whole of February seems to be out for me - Dh's dad, the my friend then dh's mum all coming to stay for a week at a time - we were never this popular when we lived in a grotty new town, now everyone wants to come and stay on the bonny banks

Cheryl sorry you didn't feel it was for you but it was all a bit strange to be fair. Ja9 is right thou you might like to have some 'Mummy' friends when you get back to Stirling. Good Luck with the rest of your studies anyway.

I can as a general rule only do Thursdays (after aout 11ish) or Fridays and would really like to come along again so do you think we could make it for either of those days...please. And aside from this Friday currently free all this way through.

Can't do that Friday, I'm on nightshift so you'd be lucky if I can find my way out of my driveway. Will try to make other ones though.

Glad to see another meet up could be on. I can do most afternoons so will wait and see what is decided. Thurs/Fri is a bit better for me as I finish work earlier but doesn't really matter. Sorry to hear you're not up for it CherryEm - it was scary.

11th of March works for me. But if Thurs/Fri a pain for others just tell me to bugger off - given you were quite happily arranging things until I butted in again.
