Better make sure you get the right house then

Looking forward to seeing you all

Washersaurus · 08/04/2008 20:07

Excellent, I have no excuse now then. So, it is Friday 2nd May at 7.50pm? (better double check, I'm dippy)

Aaargh, I don't have CAT and it won't let me pay by paypal (as I don't have any cards to use). My email address is matthewsemma at msn dot com

Gosh, don't tell DH my nickname on here btw, he will spend the time whilst I'm out searching through my boring MN input

Itsthawooluff · 09/04/2008 12:04

OK, I've emailed you. You could ask tech to delete the post with your email address on, if you didn't want it lurking in cyberspace?

Washersaurus · 09/04/2008 21:33

Right, it is official, I will be joining you all at the meet-up.

(I fear I have already posted my email address is all over the MN talk boards in various places anyway...oh well).

mistressmiggins · 13/04/2008 20:41

I can make 2nd May so long as DP agrees to babysit (we dont live together & just see each other at weekends)
Thats is our weekend for all 3 kids so as long as he doesnt mind looking after them all, I can come.

OP posts:
BettySpaghetti · 16/04/2008 14:07

Hello furball -don't panic we've not all deserted you

Is the menu the same as the one on the website? Or have they not updated it again?

HonorMatopoeia · 16/04/2008 19:24

I was just about to commiserate you on the demise of your feline........ !!!!!!!

mistressmiggins · 16/04/2008 19:54

me too!
thats what I thought Furball meant

Slouchy · 16/04/2008 19:58

Luvly jubbly. Am there.

Happy to drive for Kiddy ladies - it is about my turn as after MAMMOTH session (and hangover) last weekend have forsworn the booze for a while!

HonorMatopoeia · 16/04/2008 20:00

You dirty stop ...err....in? Slouchy! A lift would be gratefully recieved, especially as I can't see a bloomin' thing at the moment. Think I'd be better off without these damned glasses

stealthsquiggle · 16/04/2008 20:08

Why is LilRed not coming? Only if she held my hand I might be brave enough to tell DH I was going....

stealthsquiggle · 16/04/2008 20:09

BTW was it any of you lot meeting up in the pizza place on Foregate St this lunchtime - I convinced myself they *must be MNers!

HonorMatopoeia · 16/04/2008 21:11

I'll facebook turkish and let her know

Furball · 16/04/2008 22:25

Menu = not updated on the web.

Lilredwg - is away camping.

I've booked for 2 extras so stealthsquiggle - be brave!

Honestly it's really good fun and the food is fab. Don't forget to revise juicy threads to discuss before you come though

OP posts:
HonorMatopoeia · 16/04/2008 22:41

I think we should put the titles of juicy threads on cards, turn them over on the table and pick one at random to discuss. . . . on second thoughts no, I'll get my coat and go and get a life shall I ??

Littlefish · 17/04/2008 07:08

Stealthsquiggle - I didn't tell my dh it was a mumsnet meet up for the first 3 times! I just told him I was meeting friends I'd met locally. I told my best friend about it so that someone knew who I was with .

Personally, I think this lot like being my sordid little secret

Whereabouts are you?

stealthsquiggle · 17/04/2008 09:12

Littlefish - I am too far away for "friends that I met locally" to be very credible - I have just checked and it is 21 miles to the Swan!

BettySpaghetti · 17/04/2008 14:59

Litttlefish - oi! who are you calling sordid!

stealthsguiggle -go on, you know you want to

stealthsquiggle · 17/04/2008 21:54

I know I want to, Betty - I just don't know if I can face the negotiation with DH

Littlefish · 18/04/2008 08:10

I've heard from Turkish Deelite, and unfortunately she can't make 2nd May as she's already going out.

She sends her love and hopes we all have a good time.

Come on stealthsquiggle

Do it
Do it
Do it
Do it
Do it!

furball, sorry I know you're not the waitress or anything, but the second one on the list, is that the lovely stack one that we both often have? Or is it just a risotto as you've typed it?
