OP posts:
Slouchy · 31/03/2008 13:35

Can't do sat 12th or sat 26th April. Most other dates (inc 2nd MaY) look ok.

TillyScoutsmum · 31/03/2008 16:17

Don't think I can do 2nd May - its dd's 1st birthday (although she'll be in bed so won't know any difference I suppose ?!) Hmmm. On second thoughts, I probably could do the 2nd then.

26th April is also fine for me

mistressmiggins · 31/03/2008 19:58

will someone PLEASE make a decision

I need a babysitter (single parent for newbies) always UNLESS on my weekend when kids at their dads so I need to know

I can make all Fridays (subject to babysitter) except Fri 25th April.
Best would be Fri 4th/11th or May 9th

Someone please decide & I will find a babysitter.

I'm trying really hard to come to this having not made last 3!!!

rbj949703 · 31/03/2008 22:44

Littlefish · 01/04/2008 08:37

Anyone heard from Wooluff?

Furball · 01/04/2008 08:41

she's on the running thread - I'll point her over here

OP posts:
mistressmiggins · 01/04/2008 13:59

Go ahead if this is best day for everyone.

Itsthawooluff · 01/04/2008 14:00

You called? 2nd May OK by me thanks.

Itsthawooluff · 04/04/2008 17:47

HAve I killed it? Or are we all agreed on 2 May? Apologies to cmot

Furball · 05/04/2008 06:58

Yes sorry to Cmot, but it does seem the best day for all is 2nd May

shall we go for that?

I think this is the longest time between meets since we started about 2 years ago! The funny thing is we were supposed to have one really quickly after the other one for MM.

OP posts:
Littlefish · 05/04/2008 09:52

Yes - let's go for 2nd May. We're never going to get a date which suits everyone, unfortunately. We'll just have to hold them more often!

Slouchy · 05/04/2008 13:00

2nd May for me!

TillyScoutsmum · 05/04/2008 20:47

Will try my best to make it... How do I get info on where/what time etc.? I don't have CAT. Do I need to subscribe or shall I just put my email address on here ?

Sorry [clueless newbie emoticon]

Furball · 05/04/2008 20:53

don't panic tillysm!

It's May 2nd at 8pm at (normally) The Swan at Whittington, just off junction 7 M5.

OP posts:
Washersaurus · 05/04/2008 21:00

Oh I am uhhmmming and ahhhing about coming to this one (after being too chicken to come to previous meet ups), but I'm not sure I can get DS2 fed and in bed and get myself up to the swan for 8pm.

I suppose I could book a taxi or something extravagent; as my driver (DH) would have to babysit.

I never used to be this indecisive y'know

TillyScoutsmum · 05/04/2008 21:40

Thanks Furball.... and will you all be wearing red carnations ?

Furball · 05/04/2008 21:53

and I will also have a copy of The Times under my left arm

OP posts:
Furball · 05/04/2008 21:54

washersaurus - don't worry about being late - once I was over 1/2 hour late due to traffic!

OP posts:
HonorMatopoeia · 06/04/2008 11:55

Sorry for my lateness, was having a suprisingly sunny holiday in wales!
May 2nd good for me too.

Littlefish · 06/04/2008 12:15

Please come Washersaurus. I get bored of sitting next to Furball . Even if you just come in time for the puddings (which are very good!), it would be lovely to meet you.

Itsthawooluff · 07/04/2008 08:25

Where are you washersaurus? Do you want a lift?

Washersaurus · 07/04/2008 20:16

OK I will try my best to come - I am still having terrible problems getting DS2 to sleep though.

Thanks for the offer Itsthawooluff (I hope I got that right), a lift would be great if no trouble? I suppose it would stop me from making excuses too!

I'm not far from the Swan; just off London Road (by Esso Gararge/Tesco Express), but it is just that little bit too far for me to walk.

Itsthawooluff · 08/04/2008 13:11

No worries - know it well as dc are at school in Battenhall.

Could you CAT me your address, or phone no. to call you and I'll pick you up at 7.50?

Itsthawooluff · 08/04/2008 13:14

Of course, you realise I've now got to knock on someone's door and say "I'm Its tha wooluff, is washersaurus ready to go please?"

Welcome to the alternative world of MN.......
