Welcome to our new home Berrie, Zebedeedoodah, Oggsfrog and Binkleandflip.
Hope you all find your way here.

I stopped by Sainsbury's on the way home. Am putting the CD on now.

Not the onions? Noooooo. I hope the moo left the steak.

binkleandflip · 19/11/2007 16:23

yes, have cleared my hotmail inbox in readiness should you wish to reveal anything juicy Berrie

If the general consensus is that the CD's worth having I'll get dh to download it for me - I always end up scratching and wrecking CD's or losing them forever down the side of my car seat

LyraSilvertongue · 19/11/2007 16:30

DS2 posts CDs and DVDs between the floorboards.

Do you lot have no sense of honour?
A promise to a friend is a promise to keep, even if it's not worth the drama!

binkleandflip · 19/11/2007 16:46

You're right of course Berrie - honour, promises etc.....

......We are SOOOOO getting you drunk and squeezing you for the details on 30th!!

binkleandflip · 19/11/2007 16:46

see how serious I am about it

LyraSilvertongue · 19/11/2007 16:51

Ah, but the friend would never know and what he doesn't know can't hurt him. See?

OP posts:
Berrie · 19/11/2007 16:53

Wouldn't be worth the anticipation...you'd be disapointed.

LyraSilvertongue · 19/11/2007 16:57

We wouldn't.

OP posts:
LyraSilvertongue · 19/11/2007 16:58

Album ok so far. Not the sort of songs I would normally listen to but the voice...

OP posts:
Zebedeedoodah · 19/11/2007 17:04

Right. Time to get to the car. I'll try to post later.... otherwise it'll be tomorrow am.
Berrie. About this honour thing. What about what you owe to the Sisterhood of the Gang of Five, huh?

Zebedeedoodah · 19/11/2007 17:04

oops.

LyraSilvertongue · 19/11/2007 17:13

The Gary Barlow song's a bit bland. But then it would have been churlish to turn it down so he had to do it really.

OP posts:
Berrie · 19/11/2007 17:30

Look...am going out for a drink with MFL'sF next week...will try to win some sort of reprieve...

oggsfrog · 19/11/2007 17:36

Ooh, can I post a list of questions again???? Please??? Please???

Does he have/has he ever had pets? What were they? what were they called?
Does he take sugar in his tea/coffee?
What is his tipple of choice?
Does he wear aftershave? What is it?
What does he wear in bed?
What does he have for breakfast?
Is he a bit of a joker in RL?

Got to go and make curry....will be back later with some more searing insightful questions

LyraSilvertongue · 19/11/2007 18:00

Oggs, that list sounds like the kind of questions readers used to send in to Smash Hits...

OP posts:
binkleandflip · 19/11/2007 18:01

Where was it where he admitted to shaving his chest/belly etc because waxing was too painful awww!!

Dont know why that sprung to mind BTW, just thinking of probing questions..

LyraSilvertongue · 19/11/2007 18:02

Binkle, it's def worth buying.
It's mostly a bit of a ballad-fest (a ballad gal I ain't) but there are enough good songs to make it worthwhile.
Basically, if you like Boyzone/Westlife/Take That-style songs, this album is for you. if you're more inclined towards Marilyn Manson, think again

OP posts:
binkleandflip · 19/11/2007 18:03

I kind of pitch my musical taste somewhere in between Lyra!

Thanks for recommendation, will get dh to sort it later. Is his voice like butter melting on a crumpet when in ballad mode then?

LyraSilvertongue · 19/11/2007 18:06

Smooth as the creamiest milk chocolate.

Berrie · 19/11/2007 18:19

Mmmm not sure my freind will have much insight on what he wears in bed but you never know!
Will write them down Oggs and faithfully take them with me.
