Anyone around in Shoreham-By-Sea or surrounding area?

Hello, I've posted a message on the local site for Brighton but now found this section on the topic list, so you may see a similiar message elsewhere - sorry just learning about mumsnet.
Anyway, I recently moved to Shoreham with my husband and daughter who will be 3 at the end of September. I absolutely love it here and would now like to get to know some other mums in the area. Let me know if you are local to me and would like to meet up - playground, coffee etc ..... Look forward to hearing from you

I'd love to meet up soon, although with the weather like this I doubt we'll be heading for the park! A nice, warm cafe is much more appealing, don't you think?

Hi, pity I wrk Thursday and possibly the wednesday... works has gone mental so grabbing the overtime wherever possible as the extra pennies help.
May be able to do the friday after as I believe the clinic has moved to the day I now work!!!! Typical!

I moved away from Lancing a year ago but know farmerted and Mabs from when I was there, they are lovely and I don't know what i'd have done without them while I was there, Its not an easy place to meet people is it?

Yes I did see all the wood, we tried to utilise a few planks but horrid mr coastguard got in our way!!!! Theres a huge pile on the beach by the Aquarena... you just know its a matter of time before the yobs drop a match into it!

Hey guys... sorry couldnt make the dinner... partner off work so we spent day together... whenyou guys planning on meeting up again???

Do any of you know of any activity groups locally, DD needs more stimulating things to do and would be good for her to start mingling with more children, any suggestions would be apprecaited.
